This Gateway is for Underground Breaking News which is provided from volunteers who
offer local and regional perspectives on events related to the Change In The Earth from
all over the world. The volunteer network was begun in October 2001 and is currently
monitored by volunteer Ian Wuolle. Editing may occassionally be done to clear out
misleading, mistaken, or poorly expressed information. The news is delivered through
a special web-based Forum Board
and is posted in a manner which is similar to Art Bell's Quickening News.
