(I wrote this Mid-March to move past psychic prophecy and start a new orientation altogether.  Little did I know...).

I have one final addition to make to my treatment of prophecies of the Fourth World which began with the trilogy of the Return of the Phoenix. I put this into your hands so that as many people as possible may see it, especially all those who are sensitive to the psychic and spiritiual realms.

Many people have asked me about how I think the predictions of Nostradamus fit into the scheme of things. A few have asked if Nostradamus predicted the shifting of the poles like Cayce. For this question I had no ready answer, no one has shown where Nostradamus had done so.

For the most part, I ignored him in "Book Three: The Prophecies". In this book I observed that the past forty years of interpretation of Nostradamus by legions of earnest scholars and widely read authors has consistently been wrong. I also observed that Nostradamus had been explicitly upfront in asserting that his quatrains could not be used in advance to foresee a specific future event. He remarked upon how he had purposefully obscured the meaning in riddles and scambled the order and sequence of events so that the remaining pretenders to the Holy Roman Christian Fascist Imperium would have no grounds to burn him or his books.

Since the last forty years of effort by would-be "crackers" has failed miserably to decode Nostradamus, I concluded that history had proven Nostradamus right at least on that score. All of the applications of Nostradamus’ quatrains to the events of the cold war period through to the millennium ended in ludicrous failure. As a prophet Nostradamus was worthless but as a teasing entertainer he was priceless. His work fueled a cottage industry of publishers and authors for several hundred years and like the Energizer Bunny, it just keeps going. I thanked Nostradamus for being perfectly honest, for various authors proving that he was impossible to crack. I thanked them all for sparing me a lot of head trips and I declined to become involved in his obscure landscape.

For the most part I also ignored specific prophecies about the coming pole shift from all sources other than Cayce. It is true that in general terms I delved extensively in The Prophecies into the traditional millennial and end-of-the-world-age prophecies from many sources among long cultural traditions. But my only interest in the traditional prophecies was to see how well they fit together in a general sense with each other and with Cayce’s comments. I also included a few other noted psychics to see how they fit into the general scheme. But in all cases I ignored their specific content because I was in no position to judge the validity of the source. I did not want to contaminate my 85% probabilities from Cayce’s statements with other information of unknown caliber.

However, certain information fell out together for me the past few weeks, partly through the efforts of a French author to communicate with me. He pressed me about whether Nostradamus’ comments had any connection to the events of this year. Another subscriber to the Earth Changes Bulletin, who uses the pseudonym "Keeper of Temple, Atlantis" anakahamon@mindspring.com, pointed out to me at the same time certain passages in Nostradamus’ "Epistle To Henry II, King of France". Nostradamus used this lengthy letter to explain himself and his visionary abilities. It is in this document that Nostradamus explicitily tells several centuries of readers that his famous "Centuries" are hopelessly obscured to prevent their use as prophecy in advance of the events. He also told the King of France that the predictions he offers in this letter to him are not nearly so obscure and the sequences are only slightly scrambled, if at all.

Upon reading the document it struck me that the first key to descrambling Nostradamus is presented nearly naked, that the letter provides an overview of the entire future which Nostradamus could see, right up to the end of the world age. Certain passages leapt out at me just as they had during my digestions of Cayce’s readings. From these, perhaps we can discern how Nostradamus indeed predicted a shifting of the poles as the end of the world age and perhaps he even names the month of the onset of the avalanche of the crust.

Before reviewing them, take note that I am not entirely certain that even God has the sense of precision about the dynamics of long term tectonic changes to permit naming the year and the month of something like an avalanche of the crust. I think God by design has left too much variation in the cosmic systems thus leaving each moment a guessing game and an opportunity for the exercise of free will.. I think the year is impossible to predict, even for very high science by space-faring intelligence with very long term databases.

But perhaps the month is possible. I notice that the X Wave High in Chandler’s Wobble strongly prefers to peak during the month of September even accoss several decades of 6.5-7 year spirals in the Wobble. Since the avalanche will be a simple and direct effect of the destablization of Chandler’s Wobble, the most probably month may in fact be directly connected to the highs and lows of the X and Y dimensions in the wobbling axis. Accordingly, perhaps God, or "otherworldly" perspectives, can see the most probable month even if the exact year is a bit of a mystery.

With this in mind, let us read some interesting comments by Nostradamus as authoritatively translated by Edgar Leoni and published in "Nostradamus and His Prophecies" by Bell Publishing Company. (p. 333) in 1982.

In this first passage (paragraph 23), Nostradamus talks about the final days of the Fourth World. He seems to declare that the last great empire of the final Antichrist is in Eastern Europe (Attila’s empire) and that this Antichrist empire shall reign there and make war upon religion and Christianity until the end of the Fourth World (for a time and to the end of time). Xerxes, a conquoring Persian King who set out to reform the empires of the Middle Eastern peoples, appears to be a metaphor for bolshevik (radical dictatorship) communism.

23. . Then the great empire of the Antichrist will begin where once was Attila’s empire and the new Xerxes will descend with great and countless numbers, so that the coming of the Holy Ghost, proceeding from the 48^th degree, will make a transmigration, chasing out the abomination of the Antichrist, who will have made war upon the Royal Pope and upon the Christian Church, and whose reign will be for a time and to the end of time.

24. . This will be preceded by a solar eclipse more dark and gloomy than any since the creation of the world, except that after the death and passion of Jesus Christ.
    
    MWM: The key question here is what is "this will be"? Is "this" the reign of the Antichrist? Or is "this" the end of time? If "this" is the end of time, it directly connects to Y’shua’s prophecy of the "time of tribulation" as set forth in Luke, and it directly connects to Cayce’s prophecy of the shifting of the poles which will be preceded by "the sun will be darkened". If this is the correct line of reasoning, Cayce and Nostradamus and Y’shua all parallel exactly here. A solar eclipse in a dark and gloomy time shall precede the end of the Fourth World. And then…
    
    (p. 24 continues) And it will be in the month of October that the great translation will be made and it will be such that one will think the gravity of the earth has lost its natural movement and that it is to be plunged into the abyss of perpetual darkness.
    
    MWM: My, what do we have here? And no one thinks that Nostradamus predicted a shifting of the poles? This thought form, using of course completely different words, parallels the Q’ero (an Incan tribe) prophecy of the "Pachacuti" so closely it is astounding. It also sounds as if it is the ancient Chinese legend of the time the heavens fell and created universal disaster. In the Pachacuti, which the Q’ero insist we are now undergoing, a rift in time occurs and the Earth falls over to create a new heaven and a new Earth. Literally the Earth is reborn in a great purification. What is left of humankind is also reborn into a new state being. All of humanity is brought within the unity of the "sacred hoop" of a spiritual covenant of humanity with itself and the Earth. Similarly, Nostradamus describes some "great translation" of the Earth which makes it seem that the natural movement of the Earth has ended and everything is plunging into an abyss of annihilation. This takes place in October after a solar eclipse. So far so good, but this next sentence is either a clinker or the decisive key for unraveling much more of Nostradamus. He seems to continue by describing what else happens during this final time at the ending of the Fourth World:

25. . In the spring there will be omens, and thereafter extreme changes, reversals of realms, and mighty earthquakes. These will be accompanied by the procreation of the new Babylon, miserable daughter enlarged by the abomination of the first holocaust. It will last for only seventy-three years and seven months.
    
    MWM: But he is not talking about the end of the Fourth World. Nostradamus has returned to the thread of the empire of the Antichrist with which he began He has described its beginnings and his specification of the length of its existance enables us to match his descriptions with actual history. Nostradamus must have described what can only be the lifecycle of the communist regime in Russia. It began in the era of the First World War during which there were many reversals of many empires as well as the Russian revolution in February 1917 and the follow-on Bolshevik Revolution which seized control of Russia in the later part of October 1917. Seventy three years later, in August 1991, military commanders and old-time communist bosses attempted a coup attempt against Gorbachev’s control of the Soviet Union. They failed primarily because Yeltsin barricaded Moscow against them. Yeltsin’s Russian government immediately began the formal dissolation of the communist party, thus finally ending the last trappings of the bolshevik dictatorship. In December 1991, Russia and other former parts of the Soviet Union declared the Soviet Union disbanded. Counting only whole months, from March 1917 through to November 1991 we have exactly 73 years and eight months, a one month variance in a prediction made some 350 years in advance. Can any connection to history be more plain?
    
    Having finished describing the beginning and end of the reign of the last Antichrist, Nostradamus now returns to finish the thread of the "great translation". Presumably this next passage talks about the period after the end of the Fourth World.

26. . Then there will issue from the stock which had remained barren for so long, proceeding from the 50^th degree, one who will renew the whole Christian Church A great peace will be established, with union and concord between some of the children of opposite ideas, who have been separated by diverse realms. And such will be the peace that the instigator and promoter of military factions, born of the diversity of religions, will remain chained to the deepest pit. And the kingdom of the Furious One, who counterfeits the sage, will be united.
    

I could offer an interpretation of all details of this last passage but it will cause me too much grief. Conjure up the image of the "Furious One" in the Middle Eastern area and draw your own conclusions. It hardly matters, Nostrdamus in the main is telling us that a true Universal Peace is finally achieved and the various factions and widely separated ideologies, even those currently at war with nearly all others, will find accord and agreement after all.

Nostradamus also suggests that the renewal of Christianity will come from the 50^th degree, from stock long barren. This is truly obscured, leaving us with either Longitude or Latitude. If we select what is common to both, the intersection of Long 50 with Lat 50 we have the open sea or we have Russia! This probably closely relates to Nostradamus’ description about the fall of the Antichrist, which would occur "so that the coming of the Holy Ghost, proceeding from the 48^th degree, will make a transmigration, chasing out the abomination of the Antichrist".

Using any of these coordinates, we are still somewhere in Russia. It was of course the Russians, helped mightily by the Georgians Sheverdnazhe and Gorbachev, whose province of Georgia parallels the 48^th degree Long. East who overthrew communism. Thus it was the Russians themselves who overthrew their own tyranny of the Antichrist, guided by those who came from very close to Long. East 48. From their struggle, Cayce predicted, would one day come "the hope of the world" after the collapse of communism. Cayce prophecied that the Russans would re-invent Christianity and that this new version would finally unite the world!

The close parallels here are uncanny and bring to the fore the two decisive descripters given by Nostradamus about the end of the Fourth World: the dark and gloomy solar eclipse and the October "great translation" of the "Earth …plunging".

I have sent this to those who know well the French language and something of Nostradamus. I remain highly dubious about any understanding of Nostradamus in English. Nostradamus was highly educated and he spoke at high levels of abstraction with much cleverness. His passages most likely contain many nuances which get lost in the English versions. We will see what native French speakers think of this "take" on Nostradamus.

In the meantime, let us now put these in the context of Cayce’s predictions, the Hopi prophecy, and the vortex dynamics which have been set forth in the Return of the Phoenix and on the Polar Motion Monitor website. Cayce told us the Earth will shift in 2000 or 2001, or at least it will begin to. We currently only have 2001 before us.

Throughout the past 50 years the Hopi have given out a remarkable series of prophecies from their ancient traditions and visions which appear to have come true. Of all the Hopi prophecies, only one remains to be fulfilled before the "great purification" begins. A city in the sky will be built, Hopi elders foretold long before satellites were built, and it will fall from the sky when the great purification must come. On March 20^th, the Russian live-aboard "city in the sky" named "Mir" will fall from the sky.

On March 25 the New Moon will be in a very close alignment with Venus between the Earth and the Sun to create a simultaneous period of a syzygy window for earthquakes and a virtual circuit for conducting solar activity straight towards the Earth. Given the abberational patterns of polar motion and earthquake outbreaks during the past year, seismic activity may peak again at a high level during the last week of March and polar motion may be set further off balance by strong flux from the Sun. The weather will peak into extreme patterns by the beginning of April and by then another major destructive earthquake may have struck in the Pacific Northwest (as is currently foreseen by some West Coast psychics). The weather will abate but each successive New Moon in April and May is likely, if the pattern of the past year holds, to see another heightened peak in major destructive quakes.

On June 21, 2001 we will have a solar eclipse (full in the Southern Hemisphere) during a planetary alignment of the inner planets which will form an exceptionally powerful virtual circuit to conduct massive quantities of solar storm activity into the Earth’s atmosphere and weather systems. Throughout June the weather is likely to be extreme in many respects virtually everywhere.

The meaning of "dark and gloomy" for this period remains to be seen, but tectonic activity is still at high levels. The motion of the pole is still aberrational and tectonic movements could get suddenly far worse during any New Moon window, not to mention the multitude of active volcanoes. The resulting combinations of economic recessions and depressions, major earthquake damage in some parts of the world, and a major flare-up of volcanoes in populated areas (Italy, Caribbean, Mexico, Sumatra, etc.) on top of extreme weather conditions, which probably means huge flooding, etc., and dire political pronouncements about global warming and eco-catastrophe in the world press, all of this could provide large measures of gloomy depression for large numbers of people.

So let us suppose that here is the beginning of the "time of tribulation". The peak solar storm activity of June 2001 during the virtual circuit of the inner planets is the feather which slows the top of the Earth enough to begin its toppling. Let us suppose then that the balance of the Earth’s spin is finally lost in high summer and Chandler’s Wobble cannot go home any more.. The Earth’s crust begins then to break the bounds which keep Loki (Norse for chaos) chained to the rocky cliffs deep in the depths of Hel. Loki sets sail on the sea of Middle Earth (the mantle) and calls in motion all of the forces of destruction to overthrow all of the order on the Earth which has been imposed by the Gods since ancient times (Norse legend prophecy of the Ragnarok).

I delight, of course, in using these ancient myths and prophecies not because I reason out what may happen from them but because they demonstrate the high liklehood that this has all happened before, that humankind has a memory of it, that there is a distinctive "otherworldly" perspective in some of the information, and that humans have been talking about the next one since the last one.

During the ensuing weeks and months after June 21, 2001, things get weirder faster and faster as the shifting of the Earth’s crust begins slowly, barely perceptible, to move at a 90 degree angle to the direction of the daily spin, creating a world of confused and confounded nations who progressively become overloaded and paralyzed in their abilities to act to deal with the natural disasters the motion begins to create.

Then, in late October, as Mercury begins another fly by and the Earth is hit with another burst of solar activity, the crust of the Earth begins to avalanche at an even faster rate. Perhaps in days, weeks, or maybe after some months, the crust of the Earth finally accelerates so that the speed of the crust doubles daily, reaching from 1 mph to as much as 12 mph in a few days. During this final stage, the flood surges begin, like those which befell Untnapishtim and Noah, tens of millions of refugees hit the roads, and the rest of the story may be told in "The Prophecies".

What we don’t know is how long it will take to achieve the final acceleration. The final process of breaking the bounds of Loki may only begin during 2001. It may take many weeks or months, perhaps even a few years to reach the final acceleration. At least one person who has long studied pole shift concepts, William Hutton (who is a professional geologist) believes that the process could take as long as a 1000 years. I personally lean to a few months at most.
