I am still working diligently on this material which succinctly outlines predictions for the period 2005 – 2012. This will serve as the basis of two one day seminars during April, one in Rome, another in Milan, Italy.

LATER, PERHAPS BY MID MARCH: Beyond this I am also working on the period of what the Q’ero call the Pachacuti and the Hopi call the "Great Purification" (also known as the "Time of Troubles" or "The Tribulations"). I have just consumed four books and many iway articles and websites the past few weeks to prepare for this. For a variety of reasons, the final keys for putting together the final plot line of the Fourth Age and the most probable key signals are now being brought forward into my consciousness in a way which will allow me to describe them clearly and specifically to the world. Due to many issues, the greater bulk of this material shall not be openly available directly on the internet. Access to most of the predictions will be made available through paid annual subscriptions. Because of the strategic seriousness of some of the predictions, some I will only make available through mouth and ear in private seminars. I will begin to advise of this material through the EC Bulletins and through Alex Merklinger’s radio program

FOR THIS YEAR OF THE GATHERING EMERGENCE:

On the geophysical front, at the current time activity at the solar level of our vast Vortex continues to decrease and this trend should continue for at least a few days. The Sunspot Count fell to 23 during the past several days and then rose to 54 today (probably a fleeting spike) as the Flux dropped each day to 85, where it is still falling. Despite the huge "mystery explosion" on the other side of the Sun, little solar storm activity is active on the Earth and no disturbances are expected by any source for at least several days. Yet still, the Jet Stream circulation is kinked out far from normal and the Pacific Southwest has received so much rain that for the first time in memory all the rivers have filled to flooding not once but two or three times during the past four months. And more is expected. Are we seeing Global Warming or World Weather Manipulation at work? Or an acceleration of the Changes In The Earth? Pick you favorite paranoia. Is it volcanic activity deep beneath the seas? Through seismic activity through to this Full Moon was inconsequential for most of the world, a clear pattern of spreading began in the Great Rift from the Equator in the Mid-Indian Ocean and traveled up through a succession of days with four quakes along Longitude East 58-68 to culminate with the 6.4 quake and three aftershocks in Eastern Iran (Long. East 58) where the "spreading wave" hit the landfall of Eurasia. Mean world volcanism continued to rise rapidly this past seven days with a 3 to 5 % increase in activity. Around the globe, all tectonic signals of volcanism ROSE in unison, including another substantial increase in seismic activity around St. Helens, suggesting that St. Helens is a virtual shoo-in for major emissions later on this year along with vigorous eruptions in Alaska and the Kamchatka Peninsula. Four other shape-shifters struck in the Atlantic Hemisphere and the Carib Plate remained a hot spot, as did the Northern and Eastern edge of the vast Australian Tectonic Plate through many of the South Pacific Islands. The movement of the Earth's crust relative to the North Spin Axis – Chandler's Wobble – IS NOW NORMALIZING. Even so, continue to watch the tea leaves of sudden tectonic rupture on the North American West Coast, everyone is still nervous about it. Maintain exceptional vigilance on the Western coasts of the Americas. And watch the volcanoes – a major increase in world volcanism continues to increase and this activity will continue to rise worldwide during the next six months. Many surprises may be in store for this year.

On the geopolitical front, all international and domestic dynamics are shifting rapidly though most of the real news is unstated and under the covers. Political forces in the U.S. and the world are encircling Washington DC in every way. The kooky part of the Bush-Rove domestic agenda will go nowhere and the Shi'a and Kurds will soon coalesce a coalition and begin the process of pushing the Imperial Faction out of Iraq. Increasingly this year, the tide of violence will abate as emotional stimulation subsides, but the political polarization which the Imperial Faction has engendered domestically and internationally will increase with ever-more hardened attitudes informed by ever-more hardened perspectives which have broken through the increasingly empty illusions and delusions of America The Great Uber Alles. Bush will return as ever from Europe with hands holding only tokens and good luck charms. But he will rejoice in the sycophancy of the Faux Centrists. Led by the ever too-eager-to-please-the-interests Lieberman and the DNC, much of the Faux Centrist Democrats are melting down into overt poodledom to the Imperials and their every connivance with the Imperial Faction will confirm in greater detail their abject moral bankruptcy to large numbers of Democrats west of the Appalachian Mountains who are already unable to tolerate the large volume of dimwitted garbage with floats in Washington DC masquerading itself as U.S. Government or as the Democratic Party. The Faux-Centrists will finish digging their grave this year just in time to be dumped in by the political convulsions which will begin in 2006 and split both political parties into warring splinters. Meanwhile, as a result of the incompetence of the Imperial Faction and the moral vacuum of the Mass Broadcast Media, the balance of the current American fate STILL lies in the hands of those in the Mid-East. If their will is strong enough, the will of the Iraqi people to create peace among themselves, the Americans will be able to extricate themselves from what has always been a completely untenable condition. PRAY.

What are we trying to do with the Earth Changes Bulletin?

Most news media do not handle technical and scientific subjects like geology and earth sciences very well. They don't understand the causes and effects of activities in the Sun and Earth. Accordingly, they often do not understand if, when, how, why to report earthquakes, volcanic activity, global warming effects The treatment often sounds absent-minded, poorly qualified, and frequently contains various technical errors. Seldom is the treatment entertaining and genuinely educational.

Based on new scientific principles which have emerged during the past thirty years, many of the dynamic activities of the Sun and Earth can be linked together to see how a range of effects are linked together. This makes it possible to paint "the big picture" into a perspective which explains many diverse events and processes, especially climate and weather patterns such as global warming and El Nino. From the "big picture", long range predictions can be made for weeks and even months ahead. The result is sophisticated cutting-edge information which is objective, balanced, astute, relevant, and can be easily seen and appreciated by lay audiences. The perspective is generally global, seldom parochial. A systematic synopsis is being assembled which succinctly outlines predictions for the period 2005 – 2012 and through the period of what the Q’ero call the Pachacuti and the Hopi call the "Great Purification" (also known as the "Time of Troubles" or "The Tribulations". This outline will update the predictions in "The Coming Economic Collapse of 2006" and the "Return of the Phoenix", mainly by confirming the general plot line and by adding more details which carry the predictions well beyond 2006-2008.

PRELIMINARY FINDING: (based on the integration of several credible psychic sources)

We have perhaps as little as 1.5 years but possibly up to 5 years before the first wave of "The Upheavals" – the long predicted rupturing of the crust along the West Coast of North America. This will terminate the American Empire and consummate the final stages of a continental civic struggle, a virtual civil war (but one without armies), which will have begun as a consequence of the economic collapse during 2006-07. Several waves of catastrophic ruptures in various locations of the crust will follow over some 20-25 years. These ruptures will create opportunities for wars in Eurasia which are not restrained by the Western powers and serious efforts will be made by regional coalitions to "conquer" the greater part of Eurasia. These waves of Upheavals and raving human irrationality will progressively degrade and finally destroy existing human cultures and nations. The final flight of the Phoenix to a new polar axis orientation for the Fifth Age Of Human Memory will occur some 20-25 years after the first Upheaval in Western North America. Thereafter, for up to 3000 years, tectonic activity, especially in the form of volcanism, will remain at heightened levels, creating many peak CENTURIES of volcanic activity which are 100-1000 times higher than current levels.
