Earth Changes Bulletin Update As Of July 30, 2003 You have heard of the Weather Report? Here exclusively is this week’s "Earth Report" - a short review of the "big picture" about how the dynamic changes in the Sun and the Earth are effecting our lives more and more intensely, with the latest prognostications and predictions for weathermen, farmers, investors, businessmen, and every man. This update is keyed to the Earth Changes 2003 Almanac Calendar. The framework for understanding these updates and much of the current status information is maintained in capsule form in the Almanac at the locations cited in the text of this Update. On the geophysical front, a busy news week on the mundane level of storms and weather but quakes and volcanoes were subdued. Seismic activity continued in somewhat the same pattern as the Full Moon Perigee and the last two weeks. The Earth’s July shape-shifting continued with a small number of rift quakes in the mid Indian Ocean Rift on the Carlsberg Ridge and with two quakes along the margin of the Antarctic Tectonic Plate, plus a 5.1 quake in the zone of collission between Africa and Eurasia just to the South of Portugal. Paralleling Cayce’s predictions of how the major Earth Changes will unfold prior to the shifting of the poles, volcanic activity was up slightly over last week and Popo cleared its mighty throat with a pyroclastic eruption after a load explosion, fortunately this incident was fairly brief and constrained. The SUN at the moment is relatively calm with sunspots down to about 65 yesterday providing a brief respite to both crazy humans and extreme weather. A few days of monsoon actually befell the Pacific Southwest and brought scattered relief in the form of 1 to a few inches of rain in various areas. But all predictions stand, NO SIGN YET OF A NORMAL AUGUST on any front and most likely sunspots are headed back up. On the geopolitical front, LITTLE CHANGE DURING THESE DOG DAYS OF SUMMER. ALL CONDITIONS CONTINUE TO DECAY INTO INCREASING DISORDER. A culture of mass deception and denial in America continues to sow and reap fragmentation and increasing opposition. Impeachment movements are forming up and a nobel scientist (from California) is calling for the beginning of mass disobedience to drive Republicans from power. But don’t bleed for Democratic (nominal) Governor Grey of California who faces a recall election forced by Republican opportunists. This Republicrat offers real people about nothing, not even a decent dismissal of the nearly completely corrupt prosecution of the cop prisoner-beaters in South Cal, just another minor demonstration of why this culture and its ruling officialdom are dissolving into nearly universal contempt. Beware the Earth | Mars alignment. And beware the Ides of August when the double-header planetary alignment forms up around the Mars alignment. Expect random violence and impulse-driven sicko behavior to escalate. Be mindful of your children at all times. _____________________________________________________________________

No change from last week. Steady as she goes. As previously reported, a slow acceleration in the shifting of the poles has been underway for perhaps the past 100 years and the last three decades has shown an increase in the rate of acceleration.
Is the Earth stuck in a rut? Currently, the axis is moving right down the same exact wobble track it made during the last pass on this side of the Earth some 14 months ago. I have no idea what this suggests, if anything, at the moment. But I should add that it should not be moving the same as it did 14 months ago, it should be constantly spiraling in and out in its 7 year spiral cycle which is called Chandler’s Wobble.

and we just passed the New The next Lunar Perigee will be August 6 13:52 UTC some 369436 km distance from the Earth and some five days before the Full Moon. This is not the closest Perigee of record but even so this may make for an extended period of heightened earthquake activity between the New Moon and the Full Moon. (Perigee = the Moon’s closest approach to the Earth during its monthly orbit which increases gravitational influence of the Moon by as much as 15%; Apogee = the Moon’s greatest distance from the Earth during its monthly orbit).The next Full Moon is August 12 at 4:48 UTC.The next planetary alignment will be on August 1 with an Earth | Neptune alignment. and another will form up and again on August 18. A double header alignment will form between Earth | Mars | Neptune on one head and Venus | Jupiter on the other head. Since the orbital speeds of Mars and Earth are very similar (compared to the rest of the solar system), their alignment will be very close most of the month.
Sunspot activity picked up considerably last week for the August 1 alignment but is now in the low 60’s. As is typical, the peak formed a few days prior to the alignment and was already plunging before the actual alignment. THIS WILL KEEP ALL ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS IN EXTREME. Great for aurora watching.
AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED: The Earth | Mars alignment is August 27. At 5:51 a.m. EDT on Aug. 27, 2003, Mars will be within 34,646,418 miles (55,758,006 kilometers) of Earth. This will be the closest that Mars has come to our planet in nearly 60,000 years. For background information, go to: http://michaelmandeville.com/earthmonitor/ecbulletins/statusreports.htm#sunspots (watch the word wrap on the URL) To follow the numbers below, view the Solar Cycle 23 Chart at http://www.michaelmandeville.com/earthmonitor/topten_monitor.htm NOW CONFIRMED WITH ONLY A MINOR EXCEPTION - AS REPORTED LAST FEW WEEKS: As of July, though this date is arbitrary, perhaps can be considered to be a good estimation of the beginning of the slow alignment between Earth and Mars, giving a period roughly 60 days before for a slowly heightening increase in energy from the Sun. This may mean that sunspot counts remain relatively high, perhaps close to 100 on average, slowly increasing for the Earth | Mars alignment. There will be at least three minor peaks between now and then. SO FAR, NUMBERS ARE STAYING ABOVE 100 CONSISTENTLY (EXCEPTION, THIS LAST FOUR DAYS).ON THE AVERAGE - WAY WAY UP: THE DAILY AVERAGE FOR JULY IS NOW 127. Sunspots climbed to 225 by July 20, most likely one day late for the Mercury | Neptune alignment. The count plunged to 45 on July 27 and then began to rise again to 62 on July 29. Most likely we will see a quick rise now for the Earth | Neptune alignment and then another drop for a couple of weeks. The solar flux is at 100, now sinking slowly. FORTUNATELY WE GOT MORE RELIEF THAN I THOUGHT. HOPEFULLY THE SUNSPOTS WILL NOW PLUNGE AGAIN AFTER August 1 or 2 and stay well below 100. Already the normal monsoon is forming up in Arizona and a lot of scattered relief has come, as in other areas of the planet. Since the ENSO is not a factor this year, the lower the sunspot numbers, the more normal the weather patterns, it is that simple. AT SOME POINT IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS IT IS HIGHLY LIKELY THAT THE NUMBERS WILL CLIMB ABOVE 150 AND STAY THERE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. The Earth’s magnetic atmosphere is merging rapidly with Mars and this huge circuit in the solar system will draw out the heavy solar activity, sunspots, and emissions. AS REPORTED LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS: There are a lot of close connections and several alignments during August. August should be an even bigger rockem and sockem solar month than July. I predict that we are going to see a distinctly "third" peak in Sunspot Cycle 23, produced by the high average counts of sunspots during July and August 2003. MONTHLY AVERAGES IN SOLAR CYCLE 23: Over all, the sunspot average count (ISSN) for February was 46.4 and for March it rose to 61.5. The number for April was 60. May’s average was 55. The average sunspot count (ISSN) for June, was 77.4 up nearly 50 percent over May. That is a highly significant deviation from the projected curve. (These numbers are reported by Jan Alvestad). LIKELY NOW, BOTH JULY AND AUGUST WILL BE EVEN HIGHER. As of this moment, the Solar Wind Speed is a quite brisk 795.4 km/s at this hour (about 2 PM, AZ time) YET it is pushing a modest density of 2.3 protons/cm3. These momentary fluctuations continue to mean little during these times. Currently the Fluxgate Charts at the University of Alaska (which measures magnetic disturbances in the Earth’s atmosphere) shows 4 severe magnetic disturbances during the past 36 hours. (watch the word wrap on the URL ) NASA PREDICTS: "AURORA OUTLOOK: Earth's magnetic field has been shaking since July 26th when our planet entered a high-speed solar wind stream flowing from a coronal hole on the sun. Mild geomagnetic storms have triggered auroras this week over Canada and northern US states like Michigan and Minnesota. High-latitude sky watchers should remain alert for more auroras tonight." Aurora watching should be good for the next week or so. Jan Alvestad reports: "The geomagnetic field was active to minor storm on July 29. Solar wind speed ranged between 695 and 917 km/sec under the influence of a high speed stream from coronal hole CH49. This coronal hole has been with us at least since October 2002 in various shapes. During this solar rotation it is at its most impressive with an exceptionally high maximum solar wind speed." Jan Alvestad predicts: "A large coronal hole (CH49) in the southern hemisphere - an extension of the southern polar coronal hole - was in a geoeffective position on July 24-29. A coronal hole (CH50) in the northern hemisphere is rotating into view at the east limb and will likely be in a geoeffective position on August 4-5. The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to minor storm until August 2 due to a high speed stream from coronal hole CH49." See http://www.dxlc.com/solar/ Alvestad also predicts a 20 to 60 percent probability of M or X class flaresTHESE CORONAL HOLES SEEM ONCE AGAIN TO BE RIGHT IN SYNCH WITH A PLANET ALIGNMENT, THIS ONE THE EARTH | NEPTUNE ALIGNMENT.
EARTH WEATHER PREDICTION FOR THE NEXT SEVEN DAYS: As it has been for the past several months, all weather predictions have been fairly well confirmed. Fortunately, the overburdened atmosphere is enjoying a bit of a respite with the collapse in the sunspot numbers and many summer patterns are already beginning to normalize. If the August 1 alignment fails to produce a peak above 100, the lulling should remain for a couple of weeks, which will take the edge off a lot of problems. But the current lulling could disappear quickly. We cannot exactly predict the variations in the sun. So hope for the best for the next couple of weeks but don’t be surprised if things tend to more extremes. Definitely by about the 12th of August, the Full Moon, things should be getting highly energized. From that point on everything will continue to be experienced as "off" kilter and then EXPECT EXTREME CONDITIONS for the remainder of August, STRANGE, EXTREME, CHAOTIC, UNPREDICTABLE WEATHER PATTERNS EVERYWHERE. The Earth’s atmosphere will once again become HUGELY OVERBURDENED WITH ENERGY, DUST, WATER VAPOR, AND IONIC INFLUX. Huge dust storms will be reported forming up once again on Mars. It may even rain or snow slightly in the polar zones of Mars from water vapor transported all the way from Earth by the solar wind.
GLOBAL DROUGHT AND FLOOD WATCH Stories and assessments about drought and flood conditions around the world; global information which provides the ability to assess the impacts to agriculture and the natural environment. IN THE MIDDLE LATITUDE AREAS AND FURTHER NORTH, FLOODS MAY OCCUR WITHIN SEVEN DAYS AFTER ANY OF THE PLANETARY ALIGNMENTS THIS SUMMER. LATE AUGUST IS GONNA BE A DOOZY COMPARED TO THE HUGE FLOODS WE HAVE SEEN IN CHINA THIS JULY. THAT WAS JUST THE TAME STUFF. AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED: Ethiopia, East Africa, and Northern India are in dire straits. Severe damage is destroying the eco-system and the human cultures. Nothing here is likely to improve during the next four months.
SOUTHWEST CONDITIONS: MODERATING A LITTLE for background or more details see http://michaelmandeville.com/earthmonitor/ecbulletins/statusreports.htm/#weather (watch the word wrap on the URL) As of July 30, already some relief in the Pacific Southwest scattered throughout the mountainous areas. More scattered relief will probably appear during the window of the next two weeks. BUT AFTER THAT, AS REPORTED LAST WEEK: CLOSE TO NO MONSOON AT ALL IN THE PACIFIC SOUTHWEST Drought conditions are not likely to disappear until October or November of this year. The monsoon began to advent about July 10 – 15 with a dramatic increase in humidity, which has persisted through to today. But normal thunderstorms remain widely scattered and short lived. Some areas are finding an inch or two of sudden rain but most areas are receiving very little. The normal monsoon is not forming up and it may never quite appear though it may "threaten" to appear or actually give us a brief overnight fling once and a while.
EUROPE CONDITIONS Adverse conditions were widely felt in portions of Europe. Should now moderate.

I prepared this section by pulling out the Earth Changes 2003 Calendar which has everything plotted on it. You should too. Check out the Almanac as well, it discusses all of the windows for the year and even spotlights the two most dangerous windows. Unless otherwise specified, all quake activity which is discussed is based on the USGS database charts and tables which list quake activity in excess of 2.0 and above. FOR MORE QUAKE INFO RELATED TO SYZYGY WINDOWS, Jim Berkland calculates syzygy windows with considerably more sophistication than I do. See http://syzygyjob.comDespite being in the New Moon syzygy, the Earth has not yet responded. Frequency is down and over all magnitude is only slightly up. Most days this past seven have had less than 15 quakes above 2.5. Since frequency has not shot up, I suspect it will shoot up for the Perigee on August 6. The most interesting quake news is the continuation of the shape-shifting of the Earth, which is betrayed by the cracking of the Great Rift Zones. The deep action in the Earth's Great Ocean Spreading Rifts continues, though at a lower frequency and magnitude than last week. This week included three additional 5.0 OR SO quakes in the Central Indian Ocean Rift, Carlsberg Ridge area and today, July 30, a 5.0 and 4.7 quake struck along two widely separated locations along the margins of the Antarctic Tectonic Margin. These rift zones are the spreading zones in the Earth’s crust and are typically called mid-oceanic "rises" or "ridges" (which are formed from the flow of magma up from the mantle to create new ocean bottom crust).
Additionally a deep ocean fracture zone (Rift?) ripped a 5.1 quake yesterday July 29 just South of the tip of Portugal between Spain and Africa. Called the AZORES-CAPE ST. VINCENT RIDGE, a quake in that area once totally destroyed Lisbon and killed thousands of people, probably effectively ending the ability of Portugal's dynastic imperialism to extend itself any further. The week began on July 24, last Thursday, with 6 quakes off the coast of Chile, with 6 more off the Coast of Latin America following during the week. At the same time, France, Germany and Poland were hammered with 8 quakes on July 23 and 24 and two more struck the Aegean Sea area. Early on as well a large number of microquakes struck the Portland Metropolitan area. Then the action switched out Europe to the Pacific where the Fiji Islands took 7 quakes including a 6.6, and Papua New Guinea took a few, including a 6.4. New Zealand took a few as well, along with Taiwan, Myamar, Philippines, which all experienced multiple quakes. Japan, as could be expected, took several quakes, often in the 5.0 plus range. And there was lots of action in various areas of Indonesia. Most likely Japan still tops the list this week as the world's most actively moving tectonic plate. MOST HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT THIS WEEK: THE PLANETARY SHAPE-SHIFTING "EVENT" OF JULY 2003 IS STILL ONGOING. The pattern shows us without doubt that during July 2003 a major "shape-shifting" of the Earth has occurred or perhaps it is more correct to say, IS occurring. At the moment I have "no correlate" for this shape-shifting. I cannot relate it to any particular trigger.AS MADE LAST WEEK JULY 23: SPECULATIVE PREDICTION FOR WATCHING AND LEARNING: WITHIN NEXT TWO to 12 MONTHS VOLCANIC ACTIVITY IN ICELAND, JAN MAYAN, AND ALL VOLCANISM ASSOCIATED WITH THE CARIBBEAN TECTONIC PLATE, INCLUDING THE VOLCANOES IN CENTRAL MEXICO WILL SHOW A MAJOR INCREASE IN EMISSIONS AND ERUPTIVE BEHAVIORS.AS OBSERVED: July 30, El Popo this week seems to be responding with a pyroclastic eruption July 27, see details below.CAYCE UPHEAVAL WATCH: The patterns this week follow the patterns of the prior three weeks. As observed last week, they are the clearest signal of a planetary tectonic "event" which I have observed in several years of monitoring the Earth Changes. These are the kind of signals I am watching to find the advance signals of a shape-shifting of the Earth as its poles begin to shift. We definitely had some global shape-shifting this past two weeks. Since we were in a window part of the time this past seven days, quake activity should have been up during the past seven days. The USGS charts (such charts show all quakes 1.0 and above) for the U.S. and Alaska show 409 quakes for the past seven days (up from last week’s 299) with the USGS chart for California/Nevada showing 245 quakes in California/Nevada during the past seven days (down from last week’s 208) There was a 4.0 shallow quake about 20 miles North of Santa Rosa. This area is beginning to show more and more seismic activity. Curiously, the Santa Rosa area was mentioned by Cayce as an area which had once been home to a colony from Lemuria, an ancient Pacific culture. The trends for Western North America were mostly in the syzygy groove. The USGS Chart for the Pacific Northwest reveals 51 quakes (two week sum, up from 28 last week) widely scattered throughout mostly Washington State and the Portland area. But contrarian Rocky Mountain Cordillera had only 9 quakes scattered throughout Utah (down from 17 from last week). The USGS Chart of Yellowstone Cauldera Area shows 12 microquakes during the last week (up from 5 last week). Hood was silent. The USGS chart for Long Valley Cauldera (Area) showed a running total of 8 (down from last week). PREDICTION FOR THIS WEEK. Activity will pick up in both frequency and magnitude. California and Japan should continue to be watched carefully. Pam Wiseman, an Earth Changes Sensitive who communicates through the Phoenix Quest channel and the Syzygyjob.org channel, has demonstrated convincingly that she can call at least the bigger closer ones. She called the quake outbreak in Japan as well as one in Alaska. We haven’t figured out how to format her calls yet, she has been experimenting with this for the past year or more, but perhaps we will begin sending out her calls through the Bulletin channel. In the meantime, connect into the Quest channel if you want to read her posts. The format problem is simple, she can detect an angle along which the quake will come, but she is not very certain WHERE on the direction line.

sulphur onto nearby areas. Villagers living in a 1 kilometer radius of the crater, have to
stay on alert for a possible major eruption or poisonous gas from the Sileri crater. For
the time being, the Sileri crater is closed to tourists. No evacuation had been ordered as
yet, even though hectares of potatoes and other vegetable plantations in a radius of 100

large eruption. Bezymyanny erupted on Saturday 26th July at 13hrs 20 min, Moscow time. The
volcano is bursting forth vast masses of gas, ash and steam to the height of 8 kilometres
above the crater. The emissions have accumulated in a cloud heading toward the village of
Kozyrevsk located some 50 km off the volcano. Lava is currently moving down the eastern
slope of the volcano at the velocity of 30 km per hour. The current eruption poses no
danger for the peninsula's towns and villages. However, the ash ejected en masse by the
volcano jeopardizes safety of the local air travel and poses problems for the tourists,

Friday night, triggering a thunderous explosion that panicked some residents in nearby
communities. On July 19, two minutes of fierce explosions atop the volcano sent a dark
plume of smoke 1.8 miles into the sky and rained ash on the Mexican capital. Since then,
disaster officials have prevented people from going within seven miles of the volcano's
crater. After another vigorous ash and pyroclastic emission three days ago, El Popo settled down to a 40 puff day. Centrapred reports for July 30 (16:00 GMT) that "In the last 24 hours the monitoring system of Popocatepétl volcano recorded 40 low to moderate intensity exhalations, mainly accompanied by steam and gas. In addition, some episodes of low intensity harmonic tremor were detected accumulating less than one hour. The other monitored parameters remain without important changes. At the moment of this report we can not see the volcano due to the clouds. However, this morning it was possible to see it with low fumarolic activity. In an aerial photograph taken on July 21st by SCT, we can not see an external lava dome over the bottom of the crater (see image) . It is possible that during the next hours or days, ash emisions or low level explosions may occur.."

Russia has announced it is going to price its oil and gas for European delivery in euros. This is a huge shift of Russia into the euro zone. Right now the Russian economy basically functions on hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars in the form of underground U.S.$100 bills. As the Euros come in, the dollars will be less and less of utility, hence of value, in both Russia and Europe.

This of course is always the game at the bull fight, where the bull is reduced to standing in a confused daze so that the matador can kill it with a sword. Al Qaeda has announced it its indirect ways that it will deliver another lance into the side of the Bull. If they do, they will once again change all political dynamics as the west emotionally reacts to another assault. In the short term of the next four months, the nature and shape of this is beyond anyone’s ability to call.I rather suspect that Osama Bin Laden intends to use Bush as much as possible to cause as many American reactions as possible. So far, Bush has obligingly over-reacted to everything. As can be observed this week in the Mass Hysteria Broadcast Media, the Imperial Faction is alerting on the likelihood of a major terrorist disruption once again using airplanes. My cynical hunch is that "that story" is a cover to divert attention from the true target. Remember, this "diversion by fake plants" is a key Al Qaeda strategic ploy which has worked well for them during every move in the past, which is why they still can’t shut Bin Laden down. So I take the story seriously that another round is in store but I expect planes will NOT be involved. There may be more fake targets rumored in the winds before the next action goes down.
