Oak Tree Memo Update As Of July 30, 2002

In a nutshell, there is going to be increasing chaos and violent

over-reactions during the next five months and people need to grasp that

this is all interconnected with the incredible stimulation which both the

Earth and the minds of people are receiving from the Sun.

It is all laid out in the Oak Tree Memo. The initial draft was released on

June 5, which among other things clearly predicted:

1. Flying in the face of NASA's supported predictions, I predicted that

the Solar Cycle 23 would not begin to diminish in June this year, to the

contrary, I predicted that the average monthly sunspot count would probably

stay above 100 through to at least December 2002, possibly even until the

summer of 2003. I also predicted that a major new peak of activity would

occur during October/November when Venus aligns with the Earth and Mercury

passes both. So far I am right on the money, the daily sunspot count

rocketed back up to over 300 in the past few days and July gave us FIVE X

class flares as Venus slowly draws closer to the Earth. There seems little

doubt at least to me that there is going to be a big burst of atmospheric

and mental chaos in October and people should be forewarned about it so

they can avoid making bad reactions.

2. As a consequence of the continued presence of high sunspot counts, I

predicted that extremely high ionic energy levels would severely afflict

the atmosphere, weather, and climate patterns of Earth as well as the minds

of humans. I predicted that the negative effects would continue to

accumulate, making general conditions become progressively worse in

economics, politics, weather, agriculture, international relations, and

human psychology.

3. I also specifically predicted that the rapid escalation of forest fires

into huge fires would endanger all of the Western U.S. with record-breaking

fire. A month ago I added that these fires would increasingly follow the

suit of the Mogollon Rim fires in Arizona and burn not thousands of acres,

but tens of thousands of acres in as little as 48 hours. So far we are

right on track. Like Scallion, I see a very bad August. The fires are

just warming up. We could see 10 million acres go up in flames.

4. I predicted the continuation of the drought and that only a little

relief would come from the monsoon. I predicted that this would cause a

massive die-off of some species of plants and trees along the Mogollon Rim

in Arizona and New Mexico, especially the Scrub Oak which is so abundant in

many areas and provides such an important source of food for the critters.

So far, there is only a little relief from the monsoons. The irony is that

thick, cloudy monsoon clouds have occasionally been wafting over the skies

of Arizona and New Mexico to provide a little cooling and some scattered

showers and freak storms here and there, but almost no rain for most areas.

The clouds are all going to Canada and into the Midwest to create cool wet

weather in those areas. The tree die-off can now easily be seen in some

areas, even the Southwest's Ponderosa Pines in some strands on some hills

are now showing death on their tops. It is really sad.

5. I explained why this is happening. As presented in greater detail in

the Oak Tree Memo, the high levels of solar induced ions which are

streaming into the Earth's atmosphere are energizing the atmosphere in a

variety of ways and are causing the air masses to travel higher and farther

before loosing their moisture in the Northern latitudes. The traditional

summer monsoon areas are out of luck. Same problem as last year.

6. I concluded that the droughts would continue to severely impact

agriculture, cause shortages, stimulate price increases later in the year,

and induce widespread famine in Africa and Asia. Again, we are right on

track. Some major grain food suppliers in North America are already now

warning their customers that grain is going to get more expansive and some

types would virtually disappear. U.S. Agriculture Department consultants

recently let it be known that the production of some commodities cannot

replenish some of the depleted warehouses. I detect that ag industry

experts are now whistling dixie while U.N. agencies are revealing that 10

million Africans are now on the famine death list and that another 50

million may be added during the next several months. The impact of the

shortages and economic failures in the ag industry will be severe on the

world's economy, and this in combination with massive famines is going to

cause major political upheavals.

7. Among the most important impacts which the ionic influx, droughts and

shortages will create will be increasing emotional over-reactions among

people. I predicted that vigorous reactions would create increasing

economic and political chaos. I predicted that assertiveness, violence,

and actual warlike conditions would grow. Since then, the Bush

administration has begun floating a war plan for Iraq, which envisions

throwing hundreds of thousands of people into heavily fortified Iraq to

topple a third rate idiot who is widely hated by this own people. This

"elaborate over-reaction" plan is in turn creating a crescendo of strong

opposition to U.S. arrogance both domestically and among America's oldest

and best allies. Is not political chaos deepening already? Meanwhile,

Algerians rioted destructively this month to protest the lack of water for

drinking in Algeria. The government was severely rocked and here we can

see the beginning of the kind of chaos which might easily break out in many

other areas of Africa, India, and Pakistan during the next six months if

the monsoon rain continues to fail.

8. As a direct consequence of these increasing pressures, reactions, and

events, I predicted that the economy would falter. I predicted

specifically that the stock market would go down substantially, gyrate in

mood swings, and not recover until some time next year. I also specifically

predicted that the economy was likely to sour into a return of the

recession when enough fire and drought impacts began to drag down the

agricultural and tourist industries. So far, we are right on track. The

stock market, which is generally somewhat ahead of the measured economic

indicators, has performed as I have predicted and it probably correctly

foresees a downturn in the economy.

9. I now predict that the only way out on this one for most folks with

stocks is that they need to be told to stay put and DO NOTHING because

anything they do will just play into the hands of many Bear forces in the

stock market.

10. I believe that underlying the loss of confidence is the simple fact

that a lot of people are already seeing that the economy is souring under

the covers, so to speak. The media attention is all on the "pirates" of

stock options and the amazing rip-off talents of many of nation’s

so-called most prestigious lawyers and accountants. But the mass media,

which all lives under huge piles of rocks called skyscrapers, are almost

completely disconnected, as any Native shaman in North America can tell

you, from what is happening in the real world of the Earth. What the mass

media is not telling you is how disruptive Solar Cycle 23 is becoming in

the base of the economy.

11. Despite the current upswing in the stock market as of July 29, I must

continue to forewarn investors that this is just another mood gyration.

Conditions are weak, unsettled, and additional ups and downs are to be

expected in a market which is sagier than solid. Don’t make any decisions

based on the current gyrations, not until after the beginning of the year

2003, and check in with the sunspot counts before you do.

12. I must continue to warn about violence. During July it has become

obvious that the perpetrators of the War of Terrorism have implemented a

new strategy. Suicide bombers are passe, drive-by random shooting is in.

I wonder if they got this idea from the Drug Gangs of L.A.? Expect this

form of activity to continue to escalate.

13. Expect as well an increase in violent over-reactions to personal

stress, chaos, political restlessness, and violence. The four soldiers who

shot their wives last week at an U.S. Army Fort obviously represent the

kind of breakdowns and over-reactions which are being magnified and

multiplied by the excess ionic energy from the Sun. Another good example is

the knowing drop of a 2000 lb. bomb on a household of kids on July 23, 2002

in an effort to kill one terrorist leader by the Israeli military is.

Ugly, hideous stories of miscalculation, bad attitudes, and strangely

distorted relationships must underlie all of these terrible acts. Sadly,

we must expect many more of these types of over-reaction.

14. As a consequence of the increasing economic and social chaos, the

political scene in the U.S. will become more chaotic. I predict that the

elections in November will be unpredictable in the main as voters are

stimulated by a succession of confusing events and shifting issues and go

through sudden mood shifts. The uncertainties are likely to play most into

the hands of the Democrats and accordingly we are likely to see the

government divided as it was during the 1990’s, except this time the

Republicans will control the Presidency and the Democrats are most likely

to have control of the Congress.

15. Finally realize that a pessimistic attitude is best for this time.

Times are bad, getting worse. Unsettled conditions are becoming more

unsettled. Hunker down for the worst possible outcomes. Assume nothing.

Do not permit yourself to be manipulated by Wall Street or the politicians.

Stand pat and lay in food and water. Work with meditation and spiritual

development excercises. They create immediate postive results in this

supercharged age and here is where you can find the silver lining in what

is happening all around you.
