Elaine Phipps-Earl made a number of predictions in 2000 about major changes in the earth. One of those predictions, made….,was that war would break out on March 23, 2001. On March 23, 2001 peace broke apart (Mir burned in the atmosphere) and two days later or so, the Palestinian uprising finally turned into outright war with declarations from Israel proclaiming an end to negotiations while announcing a policy of warfare against all Palestinian groups who are involved in violance.

I see a tower on a platform floating in the sea, i see an explosion which shoots sparks and fire up the centre of a shaft that extends down under the sea. The platform is thrown over on its left side as i look toward it from the land side. As it is thrown over to the left, a mixture of oil and fire shoots skyward in a ball of fire and floods the ocean, the sea is on fire and trembling. When i say trembling it is not like waves, it is like ever increasing ripples of trembling water. Sorry my boys are fighting and i cannot concentrate but that is what i saw.

Already a day has passed before i could think about this again. Ok the fire is not only above the ocean, but below and the fire runs along the ocean bed as if the burning of a fuse to the other tower on the left. I do not see a tidal wave, but i do see a huge oil slick and dead fish washed up on the beach

I don't consciously choose to see anything. I don't meditate and then see or hear things, they just come. It's difficult to explain, because i am not sure myself, how it actually happens. When i do a psychic reading for someone, i generally hold something that connects me to them and then i not only hear, but i see the processes or events taking place. Previously i believed that somehow my soul was traveling back and forward in time, however, this semester i am studying the Philosophy of Time and these philosophical concepts have thrown a spanner in the works for me, because now i am not sure at all how this can be possible. Hopefully by the end of the semester i will understand. Sometimes i can be standing in a public place and am drawn to tell an absolute stranger something, however, in such cases i only hear things, i do not see them. Yet again sometimes i will be doing housework, driving the car or resting and i will hear something and be forced to give a message to someone i know, as in the message will be said over and over again until i pass it on. Other times i will not be thinking of someone, but suddenly i hear them talking to me and we hold a complete conversation. Not always, but on the odd occasion it has been proven to me that this astral conversation did occur, because of certain information that was discussed in the conversation is later validated, but the other person is not necessarily aware that they have told me this during an astral connection.

Sometimes when i read an email things just pop into my head. I don't analyse when i am typing, i just type it and sometimes i don't even think about it again, i merely pass it on. Sometimes i will read an email i do not have an understanding of, as in some recent emails on Telsa's theories on energy and all of a sudden someone will be explaining it to me. It is not as if i meditate and ask for information, it just comes. At times like that i can sometimes visually connect with that person. I don't mean that i see them in my time/reality space, but i see them in my mind.

When i was reading your prophecy/predictions on Earth Changes, the things i typed just poped into my head. I did not meditate upon your email, i just read it. Whether these things come from my higher conscious or from somewhere else i do not know. Obviously in the case of Telsa i believe that the information was given externally. As to the other information, i am not sure. I have always believed that i saw the History of Earth prior to coming to this planet. This would suggest that the entire cycle of Earth, as in it's History and Humanitie's History are fixed, hence, my ability to prophesy events that will take place, but if my University Professor is right and i am wrong, there is something else taking place which i do not understand. I have been talking about the Earth Changes since i was 12 years of age, i am now gees lol 48 lol. As a child i told of the altering of land masses, how certain countries would be no more, ie Most of the UK, NZ, the bottom of South Americia, the joining of North and South Americia, part of Europe, the West Coast of the US, while other counties would change shape in area and other new land masses would emerge. I did not meditate on these things, i just knew them.

Just between u, me and Michael, there is a big part of me that doesn't want to express these things. I am an intelligent woman and i don't want to look like the village idiot. About three months ago i wrote a prophecy "The World will see War 23rd March". When i typed that i did not know the significance of it myself. Actually, i was thinking war as in people killing each other. To discover that "Mir" meant peace and the breaking up of peace to be war was just as much an amazing supprise to me and even more so the exact date.

What was written within your email was not instead of, it was in addition to, and it was not past, it was future or should this be what is written within your email is an addition and is future? The word Columbia triggered the comment on Columbia University, but not in South America but in the States. Then came the bit about New York and as i thought of this came more, the word Washington and i saw buildings rocking and some tumbling, and fires, but is this an Earth quake or something else? I do not know and if it happens i will be as supprised as u. If u look at the email again, u will see that all of what i wrote was separate to yours, apart from the one line about oil in the sea and that was an addition to your prophecy. I did not change anything u wrote.
