UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

Dollar Sinks, Oil Rises, Plunge Protection Team Gaskets Are Leaking Badly.

Such a week.  My three dozen email boxes creak and groan with content most of which I fear I cannot do justice.

The Iway is abuzz with rebellion and refusal. Sunspots zip, Seismic activity declines and The Goldman-Sachs Great Swindle is running into massive incredulity.

Not the least of which is that the 700 B is most likely only the first installment (remember the Iraq War) - ultimate cost may be three times. COSMIC FACTORS:  

Solar Sunspot Cycle 24 may have begun.  After about 60 days at absolute Solar MIN with no Sunspots and hardly any other activity (except for a one day Sunspot Count of 12 on September 11 to salute the Mercury | Jupiter planetary alignment)  we still have NO SUNSPOTS as of yesterday at a rock bottom Flux of  66/67  but NASA takes a risk and announces "A new sunspot is emerging in the sun's northern hemisphere. After several months of almost-relentlessly blank suns, "this is like a breath of fresh plasma," says photographer Pete Lawrence who sends this picture from Selsey, UK. The magnetic polarity of the emerging spot identifies it as a member of new Sunspot Cycle 24."  NASA's Hathaway still claims Solar Cycle 24 began early January but he is likely to be odd man alone on this claim.  This September may be the month but we cannot even be sure of that until the Sun begins to be more active on a day to day basis. There is no solar wind to speak of beyond the ordinary threshold level and the Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) remains low below 5 while Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph (U. of A.) shows almost no disturbances in the "surface" on the "solar sea" through which the Earth sails.  NASA predicts a 1%  probability of solar flares (X to M, respectively) during the next 48 hours. NASA reports no coronal holes and predicts there is a 1% to 10% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the high latitudes during the next 48 hours. This is about the lowest prediction numbers they ever offer. Since Mercury's alignments with the planets during this Solar MIN have failed to serve as predictions for solar activity, no specific predictions are in the offing at this time but disturbances are fairly likely to be in greater quantity during the next 20 days. See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next month, most especially between about the beginning of  October through to about October 21. The Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24 and it has proven impossible the past several months to consistently predict the emergence of sunspot activity. 

ATMOSPHERICS:  Generally, conditions are moderating out everywhere in North America and through much of the Northern Hemisphere.  The El Nino sea surface temperature trend has collapsed and virtually disappeared, equatorial air mass flow is stagnant, the North Atlantic Oscillation zone is cooling, as is the North Pacific. Hurricane season is resting in the Atlantic and East Pacific, continental weather in N.A.  is expected to be dry and generally warmer than normal, only the coast of British Columbia and Alaska will be battered by wet North Pacific marine air pushed onshore by the high-flying Jet Stream, which will carry some of the moisture and energy across the Rockies into the northern prairie plains of N.A.  The North Pacific gyre, working with the current Jet Stream, will likely continue to deliver day long broadsides to the western coast of North America from Vancouver, Canada to the Yukon and Alaska for many days, one after another.  For the California coast, next 30 days should see normalization, for the PSW, dry and warmer than normal. Early wet Fall storms are also projected for the East Coast.

 Old Farmer's Almanac expects a cold, early Winter.  I expect chaotic patterns because of the lack of Solar entrainment and the noticeable shift of geophysical entrainment of the Northern atmosphere into the Artic and North Pacific Gyres. For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.    The Lunar Orbit Cycles are still fairly de-synchronized. The Moon is now sliding out of Full and has just passed a weak Perigee during September 18/19-21.  An Extreme Northern Declination is here today and tomorrow.  So far this long  drawn-out Syzygy has not produced much surge in tectonic activity though it did produce a small uptick in seismic activity Class 4+ in North America, as predicted.  More surge in activity is now probably not likely until the next New Moon Syzygy which will begin about September 27 and persist through to October 2.  This Syzygy will be followed October 3 through 8 by Apogee and an Extreme Southern Declination.  This period will probably not produce much if any memorable tectonic events.The Lunar Orbit Cycles will begin to re-synchronize in late October and progressively make the Lunar influence stronger and stronger at the Syzygy points (New and Full Moon).   In General, most likely the most dangerous time of 2008 will be December 12.  See The Lunar Cycle  for more details.

Not so strangely, the Web-bots for the Linguistic Prediction project (synthesis of what is being talked about on the Iway) have identified December 12 as the timing for a west coast quake disaster.  Apparently other fore-casters are talking about it. (See Half-Past Human for additional details).

For quakes go to Earthquakes.  Magnitudes and frequency are running on the low side for Class 4+ world quakes, which is about right for a non-syzygy period.  Current activity is widely dispersed in the Western Pacific.

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

The Cayce 25 year economic cycle has come to fruition almost a year later than I predicted in 2004, but still very close to Cayce's specs.  It will probably take another year or two to fully mature.  Go see the Big Picture View about the banking crisis.  Except Gold and certain commodities.  Why?  Iraq, Afghanistan, Georgia, and a dozen other half-baked Zionazi militarism schemes are bankrupting the Empire.  Unfortunately, signs point to the sad fact that the wilting U.S. economy is pulling all others down with it, more than expected.   For Europe, this condition is likely to be shorter term than in America. Structurally Eurasia DOES NOT NEED THE AMERICAN ECONOMY and its Banker Ponzie Scheme of debt rolled into ever larger pyramids of huck, shuck, jive, and war profiteering.  Make sure your family is ready to ride out two to six years of hard economic times and enormous political confusion about what the real issues are and how to resolve them.  Keep in mind that the way out of this time and condition is the Solar Hydrogen revolution. T. Boone Picken's plan for Wind Farms and Natural Gas Conversion is a very good beginning for embarking on an ambitious re-industrialization plan for the U.S.

GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS:  The Keystone Kops cartoon continues.  Oh what thick webs of lies and worthless promises are being woven. If it weren't tragic, involving wars and the impoverishment of millions, it would be hilarious.   Never content with merely mundane political campaign lies, the Cabal has now advanced the next stage of truly Awesome Lies by unveiling a three page plan to summarily seize the power to control all financial institutions (with dodgy mortgage securities) behind hidden doors, in typical R&R Secrecy, using  a Goldman Sachs intermediary.  A stupendous 700 billion dollar grab by which R&R can bootleg trillions in new paper debt instruments and flood the world with more dollars by the use of fractional reserve practices, all while charging the lumpenconsumers of the Americas a lifetime of interest.  Consumer inflation will roar, domestic asset values will nominally be upheld, but the dollar will drop internationally and cure some of the balance of payments problems, all while consolidating the entire financial sector of North America into a small boardroom of hands.  In not so much time, they will be able to conduct their board meetings around a small table at a trendy cafe.  The real debate and divide in North America has been completely ignored and turned into taboos which cannot be mentioned, most majority opinions are systematically ignored, the Democrats have been reprogrammed to serve up another round of power grabbing by Globalists, Progressives everywhere are sliding into deep depression, Conservatives are abandoning all hope, and American soldiers are still dying daily for the war-rackets of Rockefeller-Rothschild Inc pretty much as they have been for the past 120 years.  Go get solar and hydrogen fuel technology to dissolve the power of the corporations and bankers.   Every solar BTU kicks Rockefeller butt.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY -  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next month of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at low levels.  Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

The spiritual influx at this moment in the turning of the Earth's Axis (the South Pole towards the Sun, the North away from the Sun) is awesome.  The wave is inducing strong feelings of a fundamental shift...suddenly we are feeling, thinking, evaluating...differently.  As the weeks progress we will open into unexpected shifts which alter our life flow.  Those who are attuned to the higher realities will generally welcome these shifts because they will see them as breakthroughs in logjams of long duration.  On the horizon, still too dim to be clearly perceived by most, forces in the Spirit Realm are pushing aggressively for more rapid transmutation of conditions and actions.   Rather suddenly, in some cases, the masses and classes will realize with a start that the world has changed dramatically, in some cases never was what we thought it was, the old concepts about as useful as the clothes we wore in our school days.

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
