UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Solar MIN continues AT ABSOLUTE MINIMUM during this period of transition to Cycle 24 (which may come anytime from September 2008 through 2009).  The average monthly Sunspot Count for the past 35 days is ZERO, now five weeks running.  With the exception of a brief rise in Solar Activity early in July, which persisted for only three days, the Sun has been flat line ZIP for well over two months.  Solar Flux is also flat line at about 66 or 67.  There are no coronal holes (in the Sun's atmosphere) and the Earth is not likely to be in a solar wind disturbance for at least several days.  The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) remains low below 5 and Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph (U. of A.) has flat lined to demonstrate nearly a glass surface on the :solar sea". Since Mercury's alignments with the planets during this Solar MIN have failed to serve as predictions for solar activity, no predictions are in the offing at this time  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next three weeks while Mercury aligns with Jupiter and Earth aligns with Uranus in a double header during September 10-14.   As it has been for the past several months,  the Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24 and it has proven impossible the past several months to consistently predict the emergence of sunspot activity. 

Click here for clarifications about the not-so-unusual low level of solar activity and the predicted magnitude of  SOLAR CYCLE 24.   Reality is that the RISE & PEAK OF SOLAR CYCLE 24 MAX IS PROBABLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL ON scientific grounds...except in hindsight.

ATMOSPHERICS:   As previously stated, Solar Activity will likely not much influence this Earth's weather this summer and this is likely true for a major portion of the Fall and well into the Winter of 2008.  All sea surface temperature patterns are muting out the ocean climate regimes, including now in the East Pacific, where El Nino is not currently growing.  All other conditions seem to be in flux now and more chaotic change is likely.  California will remain hot and dry.  More likely than not, Atlantic hurricane season will remain lackluster and at the tail-end of the season, El Nino may begin to become a noticeable influence on very late Fall or early Winter weather.  In general, NOAA believes this year is going to be hotter and drier than normal for much of North America but the patterns are likely to make sudden, chaotic shifts.  Expect anything but probably nothing much extreme at this time.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.     The Moon is Full but it is out of synch with its other two primary orbital cycles.  The Lunar Orbit is now progressively becoming de-synchronized in its cycles and this will continue until November.  The Moon is well past Full and has just passed on August 24/25 through a weak Perigee and an Extreme Northern Declination.  Despite the de-synchronization, the Northern Declination brought a 6.3 quake in southwestern China along with several aftershocks. The next dates to watch are August 30 and 31 when the Moon is New.  (These numbers are a couple of days off the numbers reported last week, most likely because of brain-strain last week).  The next Extreme Southern Declination comes September 8 & 9, nearly two days after the next Lunar Apogee. On this date, the occurrence of quakes is distributed mainly in Eastern Asia and the Western Pacific, magnitude and frequency are running below averages for Class 4+ world quakes.   No interesting patterns to observe except this:  the Extreme Northern Declination of August 24/25 brought a 6.3 quake and large aftershocks  in southwestern China   Take note also of the large numbers of Great Rift shape-shifter quakes Class 4+ .  These are fairly randomly distributed throughout the Great Rift.

This year's season for world volcanism is clearly over.  This is typical for this time of year.   A great many volcano reports have not been updated this month or the reports are coming in for periods one or two weeks removed.  The IVRC Active List remains at 36, but most of these are now in stupor.  The Restless List remains at 4 and the Alert List remains at 81.  The over-all impression is of smoldering fires which are dying rapidly.   As usual, considerable vigor is occasionally present in some of them.  Ash and gas, along with the ever present seismic rumbling, is the main activity being reported.  Lava  is rarely mentioned now and even the ever-flowing Kilauea has slowed considerably.  Soufriere Hills on Montserrat in the Caribbean is still reported to be slowly expressing lava but Popo and Colima are barely able puff gas and/or ash. Etna remains virtually silent but the Northern Arc of the Pacific Rim remains an active zone with most reports recently updated for ash emissions.  This zone ranges from Japan through the Kurile Islands and Kamchatka to the Aleutians, where 10 of the world's 36 actively erupting volcanoes are located.  The most active erupters remain virtually the same, Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, Fuego, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions.  Click here for more details on this Volcano Season. 

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

ALL FALL DOWN, EXCEPT THAT INFLATION IS SOOOARING....AS PREDICTED HERE SINCE 2004, and many sources expect double digit inflation to be perfectly obvious by the end of 2008 - NO WAIT, some now expect 20% inflation during 2009  SOOOARING towards a looney orbit.

Why?  Iraq, Afghanistan, Georgia, and a dozen other half-baked Zionazi militarism schemes are bankrupting the Empire.  Unfortunately, signs point to the sad fact that the wilting U.S. economy is pulling all others down with it, more than expected.  Oops. 

Well, sorry, time to go.  For Europe, this condition is likely to be shorter term than in America. Structurally Eurasia DOES NOT NEED THE AMERICAN ECONOMY and its Banker Ponzie Scheme of debt rolled into ever larger pyramids of huck, shuck, jive, and war profiteering.  Make sure your family is ready to ride out two to six years of hard economic times and enormous political confusion about what the real issues are and how to resolve them.  Keep in mind that the way out of this time and condition is the Solar Hydrogen revolution. GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS:  Other than the fact that the management and coverage of the Democratic National Convention has the quality of being nearly completely divorced from reality in favor of mass propagandizing of certain never-never-land  "scripts" and "message points", all is well.  The anti-war and peace movements have been completely betrayed by the Democrats, the real debate and divide in North America has been completely ignored and turned into taboos which cannot be mentioned, most majority opinions are systematically ignored, the Democrats have been reprogrammed to serve up another round of power grabbing by Globalists, Progressives everywhere are sliding into deep depression, Conservatives are abandoning all hope, and American soldiers are still dying daily for the war-rackets of Rockefeller-Rothschild Inc pretty much as they have been for the past 120 years.  Yes, all is well in America.  Good Nite and Good Luck, Bunky, you sure are going to need it.  Go get solar and hydrogen fuel technology to dissolve the power of the corporations and bankers.   Every solar BTU kicks Rockefeller butt.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY - The surges of tectonic motion in the Earth's crust during the first several months of 2008 probably have played out for at least a few months.  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next few months of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at lower levels with less destructive magnitude and frequency. Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
