UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

TROPICAL STORM FAY WILL BLOW OUT INTO THE NORTH ATLANTIC.  The rising heat in the North Atlantic Oscillation is shaping the Jet Stream into a tremendous shear force on Caribbean air masses and this so far has prevented Hurricane Season 08 from delivering but one relatively minor hurricane into Texas.

AS PREDICTED HERE LAST WEEK, THE SCENE IS GEORGIA IS CHILLING RAPIDLY.  AS predicted, the Russians are firmly in command and are consolidating many straight-up alliances and contracts with Eastern Eurasia, not as an extension of Anglo Imperial hubris and the game of Anglo/Yankee/Jewish hyper-projection (accusing opponents of doing what in fact you are doing), but as a result of methodical, rational, free-market, free will choices.  It is nothing less than astonishing to see kleptocratic U.S. political thugs and their warcaster shills accuse Russia of all the behaviors and policies which the Cheney/Bush Junta has visited upon Iraq and Iran (and Clinton on Kosovo), and now again on Ossetia.  With a straight face they detail their own failings and crimes on Putin and see Russia as an opponent and as a potential enemy.  This has apparently so embarrassed most other Western European nations, they have remained invisibly silent.  The Warcaster Shills (U.S. East Coast New York Centric Mass Media) have finally outdone themselves in displaying very dramatically in a two week period that they are very little more than CIA propaganda channels.  Their credibility, along with much of the so-called political leaders of the Democratic, is so tattered that it is terminal.  The only enemy in the world today of the United States and the rest of the world  is the corrupt, criminal, oil-soaked, blood-dripping kleptocracy which runs the Democon and Republithug parties and manipulates their elections through mass propaganda and crooked elections.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Solar MIN continues AT ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.  The average average monthly Sunspot Count for the past 30 days is just about ZERO and will be officially so in about 48 hours.   Based on this result, as well as the count in July, the EC Bulletin declares that this is likely the transition point from Solar Cycle 23 to the next one.  Most likely all estimates that we have been in Solar Cycle 24 since January 08 are wrong.  To maintain a better perspective, the COSMIC FACTORS page has been substantially reorganized.  The current transition in the solar cycles may not be complete until very close to the end of 2008 and it could even extend into 2009.  Sunspots have been zip all four weeks running.  Actually, with the exception of a brief rise in Solar Activity 30 days ago which persisted for only three days, the Sun has been flat line ZIP for nearly two months.  Solar Flux is also flat line at about 66.  A coronal hole has appeared  and the Earth will likely be in its solar wind stream from August 18.  NASA expects it to produce some magnetic disturbances in the Earth's upper atmosphere and these probabilities are about as high as NASA ever predicts:  50% in high latitudes.  Auroras are advised to be widely visible for the next few days.  The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) remains low at about 5 but this should go up very soon, perhaps even into the 30's as a result of the solar wind stream.  Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph shows a significant disturbance during the past 24 hours. Bolder Sunspot Peaks might still emerge any day now for the current crop of planetary alignments through to August 21 but the Sun remains too inert to predict very much at all.  An anticipated spike on or about August 15 failed to emerge.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast. 

For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next few weeks while Mercury aligns successively with Jupiter and Earth aligns with Uranus.   As it has been for the past several months,  the Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24 and it has proven impossible the past several months to consistently predict the emergence of sunspot activity.

ATMOSPHERICS:   As previously stated, Solar Activity will likely not much influence this Earth's weather this summer and this is likely true for a major portion of the Fall and well into the Winter of 2008.  All sea surface temperature patterns are muting out the ocean climate regimes, except for the East Pacific, where El Nino continues to grow and may be a major influence in about 60-90 days.  All other conditions seem to be in flux now and more chaotic change is likely.  California will remain hot and dry.  More likely than not, Atlantic hurricane season will remain lackluster and at the tail-end of the season, El Nino will begin to become a noticeable influence on late Fall or early Winter weather.  In general, NOAA believes this year is going to be hotter and drier than normal for much of North America but the patterns are likely to make sudden, chaotic shifts.  Expect anything but probably nothing much extreme at this time.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.   The Moon is Full but it is out of synch with its other two primary orbital cycles.  The Lunar Orbit is now progressively becoming de-synchronized in its cycles and this will continue until November.  At this moment the Moon is gliding out of Apogee (its furthest distance from the Earth each month) and is out of its Extreme Southern Declination.  We will leave this Full Moon Syzygy about August 20.  Expect relatively little tectonic response to this Full Moon, indeed there has been very little so far.  The next dates to watch are August 28 when the Moon is in an Extreme Northern Declination and August 29 when the Moon is in a middling Perigee. The next New Moon will occur September 1/2.  Hence the next Syzygy will begin about August 28 and extend through September 4 and most likely will not produce dramatic Earth events beyond the standard range of averages. On this date, the occurrence of quakes is evenly distributed around the Pacific Rim of Fire, magnitude and frequency are running well within normal averages for Class 4+ world quakes.  For a Syzygy period, quake activity is somewhat depressed, which probably reflects the dis-synchronization of the Lunar orbital cycles.  The trend line of world volcanism remains very difficult to assess this summer.  Many volcano reports have not been updated this month or the reports are coming in over a week late.  Even so  the IVRC has increased the Active List, which is up another one to 36.  The Restless List remains at 4 and the Alert List remains at 81.  The over-all impression is still of widespread but fairly mild or weak forms of  activity.  However, considerable vigor is occasionally present in some of them.  Ash and gas, along with the ever present seismic rumbling, is the main activity being reported but lava is still being expressed in at least a half dozen or so, including the ever-flowing Kilauea, which seems more active this week than last. Some of the Carib Plate volcanoes appear to be maintaining what is now a slow pace, Popo and Colima are barely able  puff gas and/or ash,  but Soufriere Hills on Montserrat in the Caribbean is now expressing lava.  Most, unfortunately, the report for our herald Etna on Sicily has not been updated since July 24,  The Northern Arc of the Pacific Rim remains currently the most active zone.  This zone ranges from Japan through the Kurile Islands and Kamchatka to the Aleutians, where 10 of the world's 36 actively erupting volcanoes are located.  The most active erupters remain virtually the same, Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, Fuego, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions. (These typically produce lava lakes, lava fountains, and strombolian explosions). GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

ALL FALL DOWN, EXCEPT THAT INFLATION IS SOOOARING....AS PREDICTED HERE SINCE 2004, and many sources expect double digit inflation to be perfectly obvious by the end of 2008.  Why?  Iraq, Afghanistan, Georgia, and a dozen other half-baked Zionazi militarism schemes are bankrupting the Empire.  Unfortunately, signs point to the sad fact that the wilting U.S. economy is pulling all others down with it, more than expected.  Oops.  Well, sorry, time to go.  For Europe, this condition is likely to be shorter term than in America. Structurally Eurasia DOES NOT NEED THE AMERICAN ECONOMY and its Banker Ponzie Scheme of debt rolled into ever larger pyramids of huck, shuck, jive, and war profiteering.  Make sure your family is ready to ride out two to six years of hard economic times and enormous political confusion about what the real issues are and how to resolve them.  Keep in mind that the way out of this time and condition is the Solar Hydrogen revolution. GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS: 

The appearances matter, but don't get lost in them.  As was widely feared, it appears, EVER MORE STRONGLY THIS WEEK AFTER THE AMERICAN HYPOCRISY IN GEORGIA,  that Obama has bought into many of the illusions of the war-crafters. Obama was right in there with the best of the Zbigniew Brzezinsky pitchmen objecting to the militant so-called aggressive over-reach and unilateralism of Russia. The massive walls of ego denial are still so strong in the U.S., including among those on the so-called left of so-called" center", that the mythology of America Uber Alles will be very hard to overcome.  The American elites just cannot cut through the veils of hypocrisy which they encapsulated around their minds to rationalize their continued Indianization of the planet Earth.   As the elections proceed, America Uber Alles rhetoric will get thick and heavy and Obama will be seen pandering to the old propaganda lines like McCain and nearly all the politicians.  Disillusionment will grow among progressives and conservatives who would dearly wish the death of both the Republican Party and the old political propaganda lines.  Unfortunately Obama's election, if indeed he is elected, is only the beginning of a major and long institutional struggle to help extricate the people of North America from the accelerating fascist flood.   The election will help rekindle a return to egalitarian morality, true representational rule, and non-violence in the affairs of humankind.  And keep in mind that the elite swung to him, his main elevation to power does not belong to them.  The Clinton's owe everything to the globalist elite, Obama owes not nearly as much.  This will make a considerable difference in what he does, with whom he talks, how he thinks.

Also making a huge difference will be the growing technical call for eliminating all oil imports though various conversions to multi-fuels.  This alone is all the industrial policy needed for transcending this current economic collapse.  The Democrats are most likely to deliver this and Obama may also end up taking us a little distance of the way to a restoration of our freedom and law.  Many progressives wish for a massive purge of the Zionazi influence with the election of Obama but this is not likely to happen.  It is more likely to be slow and gradual. For those of us who would like to see a good portion of the current generation of politicians and top bureaucrats in jail, it may never happen unless we build a completely new party institution or a base of pressure which the Democrats cannot resist.  Like the assassination of JFK, which is now easily demonstrated as an international plot which was assisted by "insiders", we will have to continue to live for some time with the horrible hypocrisy of the crimes of the 911 Fraud and the War On Of Terror Finger Puppets.

PROGNOSIS ON WAR & PEACE:  For the year ahead, the west continues to collapse economically, Globalist Ambitions will continue to sag, Israel's false-flag operations fail because of increasing 'whistle-blowing", the Republithug Party disintegrates visibly and tangibly (probably forever), Iran continues to stand, the Zionazi window closes with the election of Obama, Iraq has reduced America to the same result that Great Britain had in India in 1948 (get out while the getting is good), Obama continues to surprise everyone, a huge struggle in the Democratic Party is already beginning which will bring the disintegration of the Democrats, the splinter movements will begin to coalesce into two new parties, both of which will be militantly anti-imperial.  Ron Paul's movement will also surprise everyone, it will continue to grow and may become the main stream replacement of the current Republithug Party, and finally, during ensuring years, the Neocons, imperialists, and Globalists will run like cockroaches for whatever covers they can contrive as they attempt a disappearing act.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY - The surges of tectonic motion in the Earth's crust during the first several months of 2008 probably have played out for at least a few months.  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next few months of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at lower levels with less destructive magnitude and frequency. Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
