UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

DON'T HYPERVENTILATE ABOUT THE THREAT OF WAR FROM RUSSIA/GEORGIA OR ASSAULTS ON IRAN BY NAVAL ARMADAS.  ALL THIS WILL BE CHILLED.  Many Henny-Penny websites are predicting the sky is about to fall into World War IV as a result of grand plots by the Cabal.  But it is doubtful the Caballeros have the unity or the courage to initiate anything at the moment.    "Ivan" has already dispatched the amazing chutzpah of Zionazi Georgians (a Jewish/Israeli Cabal is behind the attempted suppression of a genuine independence movement in Ossetia which is in the way of their oil imperialism).  Ossetia has been self-governing for many years, the violence is at the initiative of a Zionazi Cabal using Georgian troops to suppress this independent nation of Ossetia.  The decisive and competent determination of Putin's Russia to resist Anglo/Yankee/Jewish imperial incursions will give pause to everyone and strengthen the resolve of the Iranians to do what they must do.  Do any of them have the courage to test Putin's resolve about Iran? About anything?  The man is armed to the teeth, is fully in command of a great portion of Eurasia, can reach anywhere on the planet, and is a plain spoken man who draws his lines very clearly and consistently.  There was absolutely no surprise in his response to the invasion of Ossetia at the behest of the Zionazis. There is most likely no one west of the Rhine who has the strategic competence of Putin.  He has warned them (the Cabal) repeatedly for many years, very clearly about Iran.  What is essentially happening here is that the political tide of the R&R Caballeros continues to recede as its clients bounce and crash from one criminal misadventure to another.  The "Grand Fleet" Zbigniew Bluff game by the CIA's right hand has been fubared by the CIA's left handed Israeli terror cliques. The net result is loss of face for NATO and the U.S.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

FROM NASA: "PERSEID METEOR ALERT: The Perseid meteor shower is underway and should reach its peak during the next 24 hours. Forecasters say the best time to look is during the dark hours before dawn on Tuesday, August 12th. The glaring moon sets around 2:00 a.m., and that's when the Perseids will come out in numbers as high as 60 per hour. Get the full story from Science@NASA."

Solar MIN continues VERY MINIMUM with a small average monthly Sunspot Count SINKING TO ZERO.   Sunspots have been zip all week, now  for three weeks running.  Actually, with the exception of a brief rise in Solar Activity 23 days ago which persisted for only three days, the Sun has been flat line ZIP for nearly two months.  Solar Flux is also flat line at about 66.  A coronal hole appeared last week and the Earth is now in its solar wind stream, producing some minor magnetic disturbances in the Earth's upper atmosphere.  Auroras were widely visible and may be highly visible for the next few days. NASA advisories for Solar Activity continue at low levels.  The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) remains elevated at about 12 as a result of the solar wind stream but this will probably sink to near zero within a day or so.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.  Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph shows a lazy solar wind with a few small disturbances and many very small short term "ripples" during the last 24 hours.   Conditions most likely will remain mild but they could become unstable and perturbed at any time during the next week.  Bolder Sunspot Peaks might still emerge any day now for the planetary alignments through to August 21 but the Sun remains  too inert to predict very much at all.  Probably at least a small spike will appear about August 15.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.   For the next 48 hours, NASA predicts a 1%  or less probability of major explosive or flare events on the Sun with a 1% to 20% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the Earth's atmosphere in the higher latitudes.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next few weeks while Mercury aligns successively with Mars, Earth, & Jupiter.  The planetary alignments during the next week are likely to build small surges and declines in the Solar Flux and a small surge in Sunspots.  The peak moment of this surge may be about August 15.   As it has been for the past several months,  the Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24.

ATMOSPHERICS:   Solar Activity will likely not much influence this Summer's weather.  All trends continue to grow from last week.  Unbelievable.  The North Atlantic Oscillation continues to grow off the coast of Newfoundland even as it decays in northeastern Atlantic.  This will probably allow a normal Summer in Western and Northern Europe but a stormy Summer and Fall in New England - Newfoundland.  Once again for several weeks running, the North Pacific Gyre Hot Spot is larger and warmer than ever, in fact HUGE in two distinct zones.  One zone is warming the western coast of North America centered near Oregon.  Another zone encompasses Japan, the Kuriles, Kamchatka, the Aleutians...the Earth's currently  most active volcanic area.  This is not likely a coincidence.  El Nino on the Pacific Equator is building up and may be a major influence in about 60-90 days.  These factors will decidedly form much of the weather dynamics for the Summer and Fall months.  Look for conditions to remain similar to existing conditions in North America, with the Monsoon in the PSW remaining productive of rain.  California will remain hot and dry.  More likely than not, Atlantic hurricane season will remain lackluster and at the tail-end of the season, El Nino will begin to become a noticeable influence on late Fall or early Winter weather.  In general, NOAA believes this year is going to be hotter and drier than normal for much of North America but the patterns are likely to make sudden, chaotic shifts.  Expect anything.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.   The Lunar Orbit is now progressively becoming de-synchronized in its cycles. At this moment the Moon is in Apogee (its furthest distance from the Earth each month) in an Extreme Southern Declination. This extreme moment will just about pass by the time we enter into the Full Moon Syzygy on about August 14 for the Full Moon of August 17.  We will leave the Syzygy about August 20.  Expect relatively little tectonic response to this Full Moon. Earthquake magnitudes are running well within normal averages for Class 4+ world quakes but frequency has fallen radically.  The earth is in a near state of rest. As predicted, quakes surged mildly during the last Syzygy and they have now normalized below average frequency. No interesting patterns to observe. The trend line of world volcanism is very difficult to assess this date.  A great many volcano reports have not been updated this month, yet the IVRC has increased the numbers on its watch lists. After the sudden new eruption of Kasatochi in the Aleutians, the Active List is up another one to 35 and the Restless List is up one to 4 and the Alert List is up from 78 to 81, all this is just one week's gain.  The over-all impression is of fairly mild or weak forms of activity, yet some vigor is present in some of them.  Ash and gas, along with the ever present seismic rumbling, is the main activity being reported but lava is still being expressed in at least a half dozen or so, including the ever-flowing Kilauea, which seems more active this week than last. Some of the Carib Plate volcanoes appear to be maintaining their pace and Soufriere Hills on Montserrat in the Caribbean is still rumbling while Popo and Colima occasionally puff some gas and/or ash. Unfortunately, the report for our herald Etna on Sicily has not been updated since July 24,  The Northern Arc of the Pacific Rim remains currently the most active zone, ranging from the Kurile Islands through Kamchatka to the Aleutians.  The most active erupters remain virtually the same, Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, Fuego, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions.  (These typically produce lava lakes, lava fountains, and strombolian explosions). Volcanic activity probably has declined slightly in the monthly averages, but not in the weekly averages.  This past New Moon was not "hot" for seismic activity, but apparently it was productive in squeezing out a small surge in volcanism.  What the trend is for this year is no longer certain.  Click here for more details on this Volcano Season. 

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

ALL FALL DOWN, EXCEPT THAT INFLATION IS SOOOARING....AS PREDICTED HERE SINCE 2004.   Iraq is bankrupting the Empire.  Oops.  Well, sorry, time to go.  Make sure your family is ready to ride out two to six years of hard economic times and enormous political confusion about what the real issues are and how to resolve them.  For additional details go to Geo-Political-Economics.  Keep in mind that the way out of this time and condition is the Solar Hydrogen revolution. GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS: 

The appearances matter, but don't get lost in them.  As was widely feared, it appears that Obama has bought into many of the illusions of the war-crafters. The massive walls of ego denial are still so strong in the U.S., including among those on the so-called left of so-called" center", that the mythology of America Uber Alles will be very hard to overcome.  As the elections proceed, this rhetoric will get thick and heavy and Obama will be seen pandering to the old propaganda lines like nearly all the politicians.  Disillusionment will grow among progressives and conservatives who would dearly wish the death of both the Republican Party and the old political propaganda lines.  But Obama's election is only the beginning of a major and long institutional struggle to help extricate the people of North America from the accelerating fascist flood.   The election will rekindle a return to egalitarian morality, true representational rule, and non-violence in the affairs of humankind.  Keep in mind that the elite swung to him, his main elevation to power does not belong to them.  The Clinton's owe everything to the globalist elite, Obama owes not nearly as much.

This will make a considerable difference in what he does, with whom he talks, how he thinks.

Also making a huge difference will be the growing technical call for eliminating all oil imports though various conversions to multi-fuels.  This alone is all the industrial policy needed for transcending this current economic collapse.  The Democrats are most likely to deliver this and Obama may also end up taking us a little distance of the way to a restoration of our freedom and law.  Many progressives wish for a massive purge of the Zionazi influence with the election of Obama but this is not likely to happen.  It is more likely to be slow and gradual. For those of us who would like to see a good portion of the current generation of politicians and top bureaucrats in jail, it may never happen unless we build a completely new party institution or a base of pressure which the Democrats cannot resist.  Like the assassination of JFK, which is now easily demonstrated as an international plot which was assisted by "insiders", we will have to continue to live for some time with the horrible hypocrisy of the crimes of the 911 Fraud and the War On Terror Finger Puppets.

PROGNOSIS ON WAR & PEACE:  For the year ahead, the west continues to collapse economically, Globalist Ambitions will continue to sag, Israel's false-flag operations fail because of increasing 'whistle-blowing", the Republithug Party disintegrates visibly and tangibly (probably forever), Iran continues to stand, the Zionazi window closes with the election of Obama, Iraq has reduced America to the same result that Great Britain had in India in 1948 (get out while the getting is good), Obama continues to surprise everyone, a huge struggle in the Democratic Party is already beginning which will bring the disintegration of the Democrats, the splinter movements will begin to coalesce into two new parties, both of which will be militantly anti-imperial.  Ron Paul's movement will also surprise everyone, it will continue to grow and may become the main stream replacement of the current Republithug Party, and finally, during ensuring years, the Neocons, imperialists, and Globalists will run like cockroaches for whatever covers they can contrive as they attempt a disappearing act.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY - The surges of tectonic motion in the Earth's crust during the first several months of 2008 probably have played out for at least a few months.  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next few months of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at lower levels with less destructive magnitude and frequency. Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
