EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY - The surges of tectonic motion in the Earth's crust during the first several months of 2008 probably have played out for at least a few months.  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next few months of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at lower levels with less destructive magnitude and frequency. Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear, though expansion of wars seems unlikely at this time.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Solar MIN continues VERY MINIMUM with a small average monthly Sunspot Count hovering close to one.  A small spike of about 11 Sunspots appeared Saturday and Sunday after almost a month of 0 Sunspots, accompanied by a rise in the Solar Flux from 65 to 66.  The spike apparently rose to greet the upcoming alignments of Venus and Saturn on July 29, which is within the range of the average time window of solar response.  It quickly evaporated, however, falling to a ZERO count for today, July 21.  As has been true for most the past three months, there has been and is almost no other Solar Activity of note during this time.  The Earth will enter another solar wind stream about July 22/23  from a couple of coronal holes which are nearly dead center in the middle of the Sun (from Earth perspective) and this is likely to blow in some minor magnetic disturbances.  NASA advisories for Solar Activity are at low levels.  The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) is close to zero and Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph shows only one small disturbance during the past 24 hours.  It is possible that much bolder Sunspot Peaks will emerge from the planetary alignments during the next few weeks but the Sun is too inert to predict at the current time.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.    For the next 48 hours, NASA predicts a 1%  or less probability of major explosive or flare events on the Sun with a 1% to 20% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the Earth's atmosphere in the higher latitudes.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next few weeks while Mercury aligns successively with Saturn, Venus, and Mars.  The planetary alignments during the next two weeks are likely to build small surges and declines in the Solar Flux and a small surge in Sunspots, perhaps as early as July 25, but more likely about the beginning of August.   As it has been for the past several months,  the Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast. 

ATMOSPHERICS:   Solar Activity will likely not much influence this Summer's weather.  The North Atlantic Oscillation is breaking up again and will probably allow a normal Summer in Western and Northern Europe.  But the North Pacific Gyre Hot Spot is larger and warmer than ever, now centered between Latitudes North 40 and 50, from the International Dateline to Kamchatka Peninsula.  El Nino on the Pacific Equator is firming up.  These factors will decidedly form much of the weather dynamics for the Summer months.  Look for conditions to remain similar to existing conditions in North America, with the Monsoon in the PSW remaining productive of rain.  More likely than not, Atlantic hurricane season will remain lackluster and at the tail-end of the season, El Nino will begin to become a noticeable influence on late Fall or early Winter weather.  In general, NOAA believes this year is going to be hotter and drier than normal for much of North America but the patterns are likely to make sudden, chaotic shifts.  Expect anything, especially after the start of the Monsoon and Hurricane seasons.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     The wobble spiral continues to expand but we can now see is this latest 14 month spiral track that the wobble may be displaying a fairly definite "sidedness" in the spin wobble.  From the perspective of Greenwich Meridian, which the 0 line of the X Axis (shown in bold), the Earth appears to bob to the North and South (vertically on the graph) more easily than it bobs to the East and West (horizontally on the graph).  This parallels the tendency we noticed very strongly in January 2006, which is shown by the short North-South spike  in the center of the spirals.  PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER, that this sidedness may be partly an illusion created by a spiral track which is expanding now more rapidly than it has during the prior two years.  It may take another two years to resolve whether or not this is an illusion or a real "lean" in the wobble.   See Polar Motion for additional information.   

We are in the tail end of the Full Moon Syzygy of Mid July and the peak extremes of lunar influence for this unremarkable cycle have already greatly waned.   The Moon is once again closing in on its average orbital conditions en route to the next New Moon on August 1/2.  The New Moon Syzygy will emerge about August 28 and extend though about August 4/5.  The consequences of this Syzygy will be front-loaded because a weak Perigee in Extreme North Declination will occur on August 29.  I do not expect to see as much activity as the previous New Moon or Full Moon Syzygies but I do expect to see some stronger than average quakes in the Northern Hemisphere...practically in any of the usual zones.

 Like the previous Full Moon period, the current Full Moon Syzygy, from which we are now passing, produced a small surge in frequency but did not significantly elevate average frequency or magnitude in Class 4+ world quakes. No interesting patterns emerged.  We will likely have a full week of reduced quake activity beginning about now.  See The Lunar Cycle  for more details.

There will be another similar synchronization in July of 2008, then strong dis-synchronization until November 2008. November will begin a new round of synchronized Lunar cycles, with December producing the strongest synchronization of the year in a near perfect alignment with the Earth's Perihelion, during both the New Moon (Dec. 27/28) and Full Moon (Dec. 13). These then are likely months of the greatest quake events and these are likely to exceed the tectonic activity of April/ May/June.    For quakes go to Earthquakes.

 Meanwhile,  world volcanism has peaked for 2008.   Mighty Etna on Sicily continues it eruption, as does Kilauea, but the latter appears to be muting its eruption after many months of vigorous lava extrusion.  Reports for world eruptions were not well updated this past couple of weeks, suggesting either a lot of volcanologists were on Summer vacation or a general decline in eruption activity, which is normal for this time of year. Currently the Active List is at 33 while  the Restless List is at 2.  The Alert List is at 77, now down a few from its peak at 82 earlier this year.  Though the active erupters remain virtually the same, over all activity as described in the reports seems to be generally down from a month ago.  In other volcanoes, Kilauea STILL remains productive of lava flowing into the ocean with both ash and sulfur dioxide emissions.  Popo and Colima are  barely alive with only a few puffs of ash and steam each day, Soufriere Hills remains virtually silent while stewing its sulfur dioxide emissions, but  Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions.  (These typically produce lava lakes, lava fountains, and strombolian explosions). Click here for more details on this Volcano Season. Volcanic activity is likely to fall off now until November 08 in synchronicity with the lunar cycles. SO FAR THIS JANUARY PREDICTION IS PRECISELY ON TRACK: "In accordance with past wobble cycles and the general average trend of increase in volcanic activity, I expect that volcanic activity during 2008 will be about the same as 2007 or abate by a small percentage."

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - -  INFLATION IS SOOOARING....AS PREDICTED HERE SINCE 2004.  ALL THE CURRENT PRICE ESCALATIONS IN FUEL, ENERGY, COMMODITIES, AND FOOD ARE ABOUT 80% SPECULATOR DRIVEN. GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -   Meanwhile, the Democrats ARE MORE CONFUSED THAN EVER, WHAT WITH OBAMA CLEARLY JOINING THE GLOBALIST CAMP.  As was widely feared, it is now appearing that Obama has bought into too many of the illusions of the war-crafters to help extricate the people of North America from the accelerating fascist flood. The massive walls of ego denial are still so strong in the U.S., including among those on the so-called left of so-called" center"  that the greatest and most accurate critics of the Cabal's Junta and quisling Democrats are now those who have previously been labeled conservatives...  It will be some time yet before sanity returns to the governance of the Americans.

PROGNOSIS ON WAR & PEACE:  The west continues to collapse economically, Globalist Ambitions will continue to sag, Israel's false-flag operations fail because of increasing 'whistle-blowing", the Republithug Party disintegrates visibly and tangibly (probably forever), Iran continues to stand, the Zionazi window closes with the election of Obama, Iraq has reduced America to the same result that Great Britain had in India in 1948 (get out while the getting is good), Obama continues to surprise everyone, a huge struggle in the Democratic Party is already beginning which will bring the disintegration of the Democrats, the splinter movements will begin to coalesce into two new parties, both of which will be militantly anti-imperial.  Ron Paul's movement will also surprise everyone, it will continue to grow and may become the main stream replacement of the current Republithug Party, and finally, during ensuring years, the Neocons, imperialists, and Globalists will run like cockroaches for whatever covers they can contrive as they attempt a disappearing act.

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
