Major shifts and surprises are now evident.

[6-23-08 ECB]  EARTH CHANGES - The surges of tectonic motion in the Earth's crust during the first several months of 2008 probably have played out for at least a few months.  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, the next few months of volcanic and seismic activity will likely be at lower levels with less destructive magnitude and frequency. Tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again November 08 to January 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean.  More probable than not, climate and weather conditions will worsen this year over last year, including greater extremes in tornadoes, hurricanes, and large storm fronts. The North Atlantic is warming substantially above normal and will profoundly influence Eurasia through at least the Summer and most likely into early Fall with increased rain and perhaps flooding in the Fall.  El Nino was slowly emerging during past months but currently it cannot be detected.  Hence little influence if at all will be felt this year. But in the meantime the North Pacific Gyre sea surface temperature is massively warmer than normal.  This condition has driven the excessive flooding in the Mid-West, the extreme tornadoes, and most likely will continue to contribute to an awesome Thunderstorm summer and perhaps a very stormy Monsoon season.  Watch the North Pacific Gyre Hot Spot, it may make the most planetary news.

[6-23-08 ECB]  WAR & PEACE - Zionazi cliques are frantically engaged in an international agit-prop campaign to ignite Israeli and U.S. attacks on Iran.  Consciousness of this campaign appears to be greater in Israel and Europe than in the U.S.  The Quisling Party (the Democrats in Congress led by the Zionist-allied Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the house) refuse to block efforts to manipulate the U.S. into war with Iran, in fact continue to support the criminal activities of the Cheney-Bush Junta by blocking impeachment, investigations, supplying massive amounts of dollars, giving the Imperial Faction carte blanche to set up universal spying over all human activities, etc.  THE OVER-RIDING CONDITION seems to point to a high probability of MOSSAD/CIA/Anglo provocateurs  igniting a wave of False-Flag "terrorist" acts to provoke public support for more war in the Middle East.  A part of the scenario may involve plans to elicit counter-reactions by Iranian military groups which the Warcast Media can claim were unprovoked.  Zionazi lunatics in both Israel and Washington are openly talking about the impending attack.  Keep in mind one reed of possibility.  Major war initiatives are substantially less probable during Solar MIN, American wars start at or near Solar MAX.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Solar MIN continues VERY MINIMUM.  Average monthly Sunspot Count  for June still remains below predicted numbers.  However, a small plateau of about 11 Sunspots appeared last Monday and it persisted on a Solar Flux of 65 (about as low as the number ever gets) through to yesterday (and perhaps today).  This plateau is no doubt for the Mercury Alignments with Earth and Jupiter, still surprisingly tepid as was the last peak. There has been almost no other Solar Activity of note during this time.  NASA advisories are at their lowest levels but predicts that the Earth will enter another lazy solar wind stream about June 26 from a coronal hole (it may be scarcely noticeable.  Currently the Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) is sinking below 5.  Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph shows very little stormy disturbance, only  very slow long wave magnetic variations.  For the next 48 hours, NASA predicts a 1%  or less probability of major explosive or flare events on the Sun with a 1% to 10% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the Earth's atmosphere in the higher latitudes.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.   Keep in mind that conditions could become unstable, chaotic, and full of disturbances at any moment during the next two weeks while Mercury aligns with Jupiter.  The planetary alignments during the next two weeks are likely to build small surges and declines in the Solar Flux and a small surge in Sunspots.  Early June's forecast here that these surges could be  greater than have been seen for at least a year are probably wrong.  The tepid response of the Sun to the Earth | Mercury alignment on June 17 clearly indicates that the Sun is not really very ready for major activity in the nascent Solar Cycle 24.  See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.  WE GOT THE RAIN AND FLOODS, DESPITE THE MUTED LEVEL OF SOLAR ACTIVITY.  For 2008, regard the weather extremes and climate patterns as purely derived from tectonic sources.  WE ARE CLEARLY STILL VERY MUCH IN SOLAR MIN AND ACCORDINGLY YOU MUST ASCRIBE THE EXTREMES IN WEATHER AND CLIMATE PATTERNS AT THIS TIME TO THE EMERGING GLOBAL WARMING SYNDROME.   FOR SOLAR ACTIVITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2008, WE OBVIOUSLY ARE STILL IN THE CURB OF A SOLAR MIN PHASE.  DON'T EXPECT MUCH ACTIVITY FROM THE SUN THIS YEAR, WHICH IS A VERY VERY GOOD THING.  HUMAN WARS GENERALLY DO NOT COMMENCE DURING THE SOLAR MIN PHASE.  THEY GENERALLY BEGIN TO ROLL WHEN THE SOLAR CYCLE IS AT OR NEAR MAXIMUM INTENSITY.  THE NEXT INTENSE PEAK PERIOD WILL BEGIN APPROXIMATELY 2011-2013.  With regard to Iran, General Custer is clearly ready to ride to Big Horn during this Solar MIN, but his horses are nowhere to be found in this dark dawn of the Solar Cycle.

ATMOSPHERICS:   The North Atlantic Oscillation has emerged with broad swaths of water which are substantially warmer than usual.  It may still be accelerating as may also be the North Pacific Gyre Hot Spot which is larger and warmer than ever, especially in the center of the Gulf of Alaska near British Columbia.  It stretches all the way to Japan.  Both of these warm phases in sea surface temperature will markedly influence all weather during the next several months throughout the Northern Hemisphere.  They will work in tandem producing huge, unpredictable, chaotic gyrations in the Jet Stream, even huge counter-flows of marine and Arctic air masses. These north-south gyrations and counter-flows are the driving force behind the extreme, unforeseen weather patterns which are much in evidence in the Northern Hemisphere.  El Nino formation has collapsed, leaving the Atlantic theoretically primed for a strong hurricane season, but the low solar output, the high latitude "warm water" patches, and the chaos in the Jet Stream are likely to destructively interfere with oceanic vortices even while supporting massive thunderstorms and exceptionally vicious tornadoes on land.  Now wrong, more probable than not:    NASA projections as of late April showing 15 different forecasts (from different groups of scientists) many of which predict El Nino appearing at different points in 2008, ranging between July and November. This too is clearly wrong: some predictors propose that weak La Nina will continue on until 2009. None of this will happen, the Global Warming weather patterns this year are primarily chaotic and unpredictable.  We are in a huge transition era, which will probably be more than one year in duration. If the Global Trends continue to accelerate as they have been, it is likely those who live in the temperate and artic zones will never again recognize the "normal" weather patterns we remember from the past.

Weather averages will be pushed slightly to the higher latitudes to reflect the Global Warming effect of the warming oceans, most especially by the Pacific Gyre Hot Spot.
 

OVERALL, THE DOMINANT FACTOR IN THE WEATHER OF  NORTH AMERICA REMAINS THE NORTH PACIFIC GYRE HOTSPOT:   Here only the Earth Changes Bulletin clearly outlined in late May and at the beginning of June the consequences of the warming ocean temperatures in the North Pacific for weather and flooding in the Midwest.  THIS WAS A SIGNIFICANT SCORE FOR THE VORTEX PARADIGM.   This can only be the Global Warming Syndrome, showing us what the new weather "normal" is becoming as the Earth's oceans continue to gradually warm. 

In general, NOAA believes this year is going to be hotter and drier than normal for much of North America but the patterns are likely to make sudden, chaotic shifts.  Expect anything, especially after the start of the Monsoon and Hurricane seasons.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:    No new news on the Wobble this week as it continues to expand.   No major change from prior weeks.   See Polar Motion for additional information.   We have left the Full Moon Syzygy of Mid June and the peak extremes of lunar influence for this unremarkable cycle have already greatly waned.   The Moon is once again closing in on its average orbital conditions en route to the next New Moon Syzygy, which will emerge about June 29 and extend though July 7. A weak Perigee on July 1 and 2 will bring in a not quite extreme position of the Southern Declination on July 2, followed on July 3 with the New Moon. In this orbital configuration, with the Earth in Aphelion and the Sun in its extreme position in the Northern Hemisphere, the pull vectors on the Earth will be nearly equal throughout the equatorial belt on both "Tropical" latitudes in both the North and South on the same side of the Earth at the same time.  This makes for an highly interesting moment.  I do not expect to see as much activity as the previous New Moon, but I do expect to see a fairly clear pattern in the timing of seismic activity emerge from this unified field vector. 

The Full Moon Syzygy, just past, produced a small surge in frequency but did not significantly elevate average frequency or magnitude in Class 4+ world quakes. No interesting patterns emerged, though one Class 4 quake did finally appear in Southern California in line with the strong anticipation we  indicated last week. We will likely have a full week of reduced quake activity beginning about now. See The Lunar Cycle  for more details.

There will be another similar synchronization in July of 2008, then strong dis-synchronization until November 2008. November will begin a new round of synchronized Lunar cycles, with December producing the strongest synchronization of the year in a near perfect alignment with the Earth's Perihelion, during both the New Moon (Dec. 27/28) and Full Moon (Dec. 13). These then are likely months of the greatest quake events and these are likely to exceed the tectonic activity of April/ May/June.    For quakes go to Earthquakes.

 Meanwhile,  world volcanism has about peaked for 2008.  The Active List has increased by two, up to 32, but many on the Active List do not have updated reports during the past week, suggesting a fall off in their activity.  Cloudy weather has also obscured many active volcanoes. Currently the Active List is at 32, the Restless List is at 2, and  the Alert List it at 79.  Mighty Etna on Sicily still erupts with lava and ash flows, as does Kilauea and many other "regulars". Volcanic activity is likely to fall off now until November 08 in synchronicity with the lunar cycles. SO FAR THIS JANUARY PREDICTION IS PRECISELY ON TRACK: "In accordance with past wobble cycles and the general average trend of increase in volcanic activity, I expect that volcanic activity during 2008 will be about the same as 2007 or abate by a small percentage."

GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - -  INFLATION IS SOOOARING....AS PREDICTED HERE SINCE 2004.  ALL THE CURRENT PRICE ESCALATIONS IN FUEL, ENERGY, COMMODITIES, AND FOOD ARE ABOUT 80% SPECULATOR DRIVEN. In this environment, ALL STIMULUS WILL MERELY RECYCLE MORE MONEY INTO THE ROBBER BARONS, THUS INCREASING THE BUBBLES FOR A HARDER CRASH A LITTLE LATER, OR INTO THE RAPIDLY GROWING URBANIZED PILES OF WEALTH WHICH HAVE MADE THE GULF STATES THE WORLD'S PRIMARY ECONOMIC GROWTH ZONE OUTSIDE OF CHINA.   FOR NORTH AMERICA, STAGFLATION - SOARING PRICES WITH NO REAL EXPANSION.  Have no doubts it will continue to soar as will the level of world rioting. Congratulations your leaders have kindly stepped up to the table of international settlements and you are now paying for the Tragedy in Iraq (and Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the Travesty in Washington DC and New York).  Vat good Germans you are. The silver lining in all this?  Iraq is bankrupting the Empire.  Oops.  All falls down.  In four to eight years the Imperial Faction will be permanently out of power in North America, sixty years of rotten politics and stinking lies will finally be lifted from the souls of the Americans.  But in the meanwhile, make sure your family is ready to ride out two to six years of hard economic times.  The slide from this point will keep on going in a downward direction.  For additional details go to Geo-Political-Economics.

GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -   Meanwhile, the Democrats are too confused to know what to do and will remain so, despite the current opening with Obama.  The massive walls of ego denial are still so strong in the U.S., including among those on the so-called left of so-called" center"  that the greatest and most accurate critics of the Cabal's Junta and quisling Democrats are now those who have previously been labeled conservatives...  It will be some time yet before sanity returns to the governance of the Americans.

FORTUNATELY THE OVER-RIDING CONDITION ON WAR AND PEACE CONTINUES TO EVOLVE AWAY FROM GREATER WAR:  Despite frantic efforts of manipulation by different factions in the Globalist Cabal and by Zionist cliques in both Israel and the U.S., few people are buying the bomb bomb bomb Iran Game Plan.  Currently even the CIA-fronted Iraqi government has completely collapsed, nobody in Iraq will sign or authorize a treaty with the U.S., major groups in the Shi-ite Community, such as Al Sadr's militias, have openly declared war on U.S. troops, the British are hastily preparing to completely abandon the field, the sacking of the U.S. Air Force High Command has paralyzed the possibility of new, major air-delivered military initiatives for at least 90 days, Afghanistan continues its inevitable slide into complete anarchy, much of northern sub-saharan and Eastern Africa continue  to be largely ungovernable, some European governments are in the throes of political collapse by the rise of massive protests against the price of gasoline and energy, and the Asians are demanding that Americans stop their debt inflation, which means winding down the Anglo-Yankee-German-Jewish imperial expansion drive. 

PROGNOSIS ON WAR & PEACE:  The west continues to collapse economically, Globalist Ambitions will continue to sag, Israel's false-flag operations fail because of increasing 'whistle-blowing", the Republithug Party disintegrates visibly and tangibly (probably forever), Iran continues to stand, the Zionazi window closes with the election of Obama, Iraq has reduced America to the same result that Great Britain had in India in 1948 (get out while the getting is good), Obama continues to surprise everyone, but not before a huge struggle in the Democratic Party during 2009 which will begin the process of disintegrating the Democrats, the splinter movements will begin to coalesce into two new parties, both of which will be militantly anti-imperial.  Ron Paul's movement will also surprise everyone, it will continue to grow and may become the main stream replacement of the current Republithug Party, and finally, during ensuring years, the Neocons, imperialists, and Globalists will run like cockroaches for whatever covers they can contrive as they attempt a disappearing act.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
