DANGER OF MAJOR DISTRUCTIVE QUAKES IS GREATLY ELEVATED IN ALL ACTIVE COMPRESSION/SUBDUCTION ZONES, ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHERN ARC OF THE PACIFIC RIM, AS WELL AS IN THE AEGEAN-HIMALAYAN MOUNTAIN BELT. THESE ZONES ARE IN A PROBABILITY WINDOW JUNE 1-8, 2008, WHICH IS MORE LIKELY TO CREATE LARGE EARTHQUAKES. For additional information, see discussion below under Geophysical Factors.

OVER-RIDING CONDITION ON WAR AND PEACE EVOLVES: Both overt and covert manipulation of U.S. Warcast Media has become obviously pronounced. There can be no doubt that zionist cliques, war profiteers, and imperial factions are engaged in a major effort to instigate additional terror and militarism in the Middle East in order to rationalize destructive attacks against any Islamic nations which Israel has determined in its infinite stupidity is in opposition to its brutal bigotry against the Palest Indian people. To this end, false-flag "terrorist" scams are arriving now daily in the Warcast Media. CIA/MOSSAD operatives are waggling their phony Bin Laden finger-puppets, vowing violent attacks soon to come. These attacks, staged by stooges of the Imperial Faction who have taken control of major aspects of the U.S. government, are likely anytime from now through to November.

So far average monthly Sunspot Counts for both April and May fell far below the predicted numbers. In fact they were rock bottom counts, about as low as they ever get. This suggests a much slower start to Sunspot Cycle 24 than NASA scientists are predicting. Why were the past 60 days scrapping bottom? Planetary Alignments were more numerous and involved more of the inner planets during March. April and May planetary alignments did not draw out much of an increase in the average count. June's alignments should draw out a greater increase. The Sunspot Count rose to a small spike of 12 on May 26 but was zip for the remainder of the week on a rock bottom stable Flux of 67. The small spike was reported as a possible beginning of a surge for the Mercury | Earth Alignment but this now appears to have been a random blip. The surge remains to form up, which it almost certainly will during the next few days. The Earth is in one minor coronal hole wind stream but NASA is not expecting any solar wind disturbances on this date. The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) is stable at about eight. Any disturbances in the next few weeks are likely to be considerably more exuberant than has been the norm during the past year. The planetary alignments of June 6 between Mercury and Earth, followed by Mercury and Jupiter, are likely to build a large Solar Flux and a surge in Sunspots greater than have been seen for at least a year. Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph shows a little minor disturbance but conditions most likely will NOT remain mild for another few weeks. Expect to see much more disturbance during the next two weeks June than has been seen so far in this graph for the past five months. For the next 48 hours, NASA predicts a 1% or less probability of major explosive or flare events on the Sun with a 1% to 10% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the Earth's atmosphere in the higher latitudes. ATMOSPHERICS: La Nina has dissolved but the North Atlantic Oscillation is re-emerging with warmer than usual water around Ireland and the North Seat. So also has the North Pacific Gyre Hot Spot rapidly re-emerged and is in fact now huge, stretching from Japan to nearly British Columbia. Most likely it will have a major impact on the Jet Stream and the weather of western North America. Movement towards El Nino appears to be consolidating in the Eastern Pacific. This cycle advent is impossible to clearly predict at the moment but the seven year wobble cycle suggests that it should appear this year. NASA projections as of late April show 15 different forecasts (from different groups of scientists) many of which predict El Nino appearing at different points in 2008, ranging between July and November. Some predictors propose that weak La Nina will continue on until 2009.

Over all, weather conditions remain unpredictable and probably will get somewhat more chaotic during the next few weeks, driven increasingly by a more active Sun. Weather averages will be pushed slightly to the higher latitudes to reflect the Global Warming effect. About the beginning of June, another Sunspot surge, perhaps two to three times larger, is sure to rise up for the Mercury alignments with both Earth and Jupiter in quick succession during the first half of June. This Solar Activity is likely to energize all oceanic storm fronts and induce major storm surges over all continents during most of June. Much flooding is likely in the areas which typically see floods during this time of year. For the PSW, it may seem that the Monsoon has come a few weeks early. Watch for El Nino, it may be consolidating and if it does so rapidly it will mute out the Atlantic Hurricane Season. So will the North Atlantic Oscillation, which is rapidly and significantly driving up sea surface temperatures in the North Sea area. It too is likely to diffuse hurricane formation, draw wet marine air to the north, and shower Northern Europe with a wet summer.

The horribly huge and violent cyclone in the Indian Ocean is not likely to auger an increase in the Atlantic Hurricane Season, but it may be predictive of cyclones in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific in general for this year. Watch the Pacific carefully as the equatorial surface water heats up. MAY'S EXTREMES IN CYCLONES (Myanmar) AND TORNADOES (N.A. Midwest & Plains) PLAINLY AND ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT A RESULT OF STIMULUS FROM THE SUN NOR NATURAL NOR HUMAN-CAUSED CONDITIONS IN THE ATMOSPHERE. This can only by Global Warming Syndrome, showing us what the new weather "normal" is becoming as the Earth's oceans continue to gradually warm.

Warmer than normal water is building again in the central Pacific. It is likely to torque a very wet Jet Stream to the extreme north and then suck it down the continental western plains of North America before it turns again over Colorado or Kansas to push the wet cool air from the north to collide with the warm wet air from the Carib. Even if Hurricanes are not prolific, huge Thunderstorms through central North America likely will be memorable during the Summer months. Accordingly, weather during May through August most likely will be more energetic, more chaotic and less easy to predict. Major storms with some extreme patterns are likely during mid-May (occurred as predicted) and the extreme tornadoes in the mid-west (which are probably induced by Global Warming) may be a herald of what is roaring down the pike as a result of the coming alignment of Mercury with the Earth about June 6.

Hurricane and tornado season is still predicted by NOAA to be modestly to substantially greater than last year and April's forecast has already been upgraded to forecast more storms. Super storms are clearly on the way and this is already looking like a good year for a good crop of them but the NAO and emerging ENSO this year are likely to mute them in North America. Most likely Atlantic hurricane seasons will not become record-makers again until 2010, but as we just saw in Myanmar, another nasty punch or two this year is entirely possible. The result will be pretty much pure "Global Warming" syndrome, mightily influenced throughout the Northern Hemisphere by the North Central Pacific Gyre, with occasional peaking of storm intensity by surges in Solar Activity . As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS: No new news on the Wobble this week as it continues to expand. No major change from prior weeks. See Polar Motion for additional information. The Moon's cycles are now moving into closer synchronicity for May and June. AS PREDICTED: lunar influence on the tectonic plates should now begin to increase quake and volcanic activity and produce larger spikes in frequency and magnitude, beginning approximately next week. THIS CONDITION WILL PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF JUNE with the usual ups and downs in activity levels.

The Moon is once again nearly New (June 3) in its monthly orbital Perigee June 3 (closest distance from the Earth). It will approach its Extreme Northern Declination on June 3/4. Expect the current surge in tectonic motion, which began about May 30, to continue until possibly as late as June 7/8. There will be another similar synchronization in July of 2008, then strong dis-synchronization until November 2008. November will begin a new round of synchronized Lunar cycles, with December producing the strongest synchronization of the year in a near perfect alignment with the Earth's Perihelion, during both the New Moon (Dec. 27/28) and Full Moon (Dec. 13). These then are likely months of the greatest quake events and these are likely to exceed the tectonic activity of April/ May/June.

The New Moon Syzygy, barely started, has already doubled quake frequency Class 4+, quadrupled frequency for Class 6+, and brought us four shape-shifter quakes in the Great Rift during the past 24 hours, including a 6.4 quake close on the rim of the Antarctica Tectonic Plate. Another 6.4 quake struck the Philippines and a handful of Class 5 quakes struck northern Japan (Rykyo Islands). We have perhaps another full week of elevated quake activity. Strong heads up Western Pacific, esp. Japan, Taiwan, China, Philippines, New Zealand. Also North America is loaded, primed, cocked, and ready to rip. Today's activity in the East Pacific Rise may also portend more activity to come in the Andes from Chile to Peru. Much can be said for the Central-Eastern Medit. and Aegean Sea region. Another 4.2 quake in the central Aegean demonstrates increasing tension transmitting through the Eurasian Compression Belt from Turkey to Sichuan.

This by all measures and all observations is about the all time most dangerous New Moon Syzygy I have observed. I was expecting this next December, not June. Since the Sun's gravity influence is at about its lowest level for the year, this tidal seismic storm is being brought primarily by the Moon's orbital influences, which has three primary aspects: phase (relationship to the Sun), perigee (closeness), and declination (tilt of orbit vis a vis orbit of Earth). All three are "focusing" at the moment in a synergistic "syzygy" (alignment with the Sun) to maximize the influence of the gravity of both the Moon and the Sun on the surface of the Earth. The Moon creates vast tides in both the water AND the ground, causing both to rise and fall as a result of its gravity influence.

In the New Moon Syzygy, the strongest stress in likely to be in the subduction zones since the Moon and the Sun will be pulling together on the same side of the Earth. Acting at 180 degrees (opposition) to the direction the crust's spin, the gravity vectors will tend to rumple the Earth's crust up against the edges of the tectonic plates, thus increasing the pressures with produce compression and subduction of the great blocks of crust.

This will produce one primary "ground" shape-shifting wave which is about 24 hours long. Those of you who are watching quake phenomenon, watch for this frequency and see if you can spot the wave in action. If you hear of a big quake in Asia and notice a lot of "frogs" crossing the road in you western U.S. city, or a sudden outburst tonight by dozens of coyotes, etc., a major quake in your area could be on the way in a matter of just hours.

Meanwhile, world volcanism is still vigorous but the trend is now downward despite new eruptions, such as at the Galapagos Islands. Currently the Active List is at 30, the Restless List is at 3, and the Alert List is at 78. Ash and lava eruptions have been reported this past week in many of the active list volcanoes, Chaiten in Chile is still in a major eruption. Etna still is erupting with lava and ash and steam but its output has declined since May 20. Kilauea STILL remains productive of lava flowing into the ocean with both ash and sulfur dioxide emissions. Popo is puffing out ash and steam with Colima is still cooking more slowly, as are most of the Carib Plate regulars. Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions. This year's peak volcano activity is likely to form up this June and early July and then fall off until November 08 in synchronicity with the lunar cycles. January's Volcano prediction looks pretty good: "In accordance with past wobble cycles and the general average trend of increase in volcanic activity, I expect that volcanic activity during 2008 will be about the same as 2007 or abate by a small percentage."

STANDING ASSESSMENT: Strategic plans and manipulations are obviously underway to push the envelope on existing conditions. The recent trips by Cheney and Bush-McCain to the Middle East, along with military redeployments, suggest strongly that the Imperial Faction is arranging the stage of history for the next act. The risk of another major False Flag Terrorism incident may be building rapidly. Some project as early as May 2008, some are more inclined to posit the early Fall, in time to sway the U.S. elections for the "Return of the Gipper" John McCain. The recent sacking of Admiral Fallon as Supreme U.S. Commander In the Middle East, who is widely known for his belief that increased military activity is not appropriate for U.S. national interests, is the most obvious tip-off. Many scenarios are possible, but a contrived false flag operation against Israel may be the preferred operation. Such an operation is far less likely to be scrutinized by hostile eyes because it will be too far removed. Israel could then rationalize a national war response, recycling all the Bush rhetorical garbage, engage in strikes against its next target (likely the brutalization of Syria), and thus force the hands of all parties into a series of responses which escalate into U.S. and Iranian intervention and mutual war. THUS THERE IS A RISK OF FALSE-FLAG TERRORIST OPERATIONS INSTIGATED BY RIGHT-WING THUG ELEMENTS IN THE CIA, MOSSAD, MK5, AND ALLIED MOBS WORKING AS AGENTS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL composed of Anglo-American-Jewish elements through to Spring, possibly October 2008.

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming. Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007. The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower. The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years. Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought: an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
