CRITICAL ALERTS [Earth Week Summary]

[March 24, 2008 ECB; MWM] "Current Week's Summary"

COSMIC FACTORS:   The Sunspot Count was zero most of this past week with a more of less flat line Flux at 70.  But as of March 23, the Flux rose to 72 and the Sunspot Count rose suddenly to 14.   Thus, as predicted, the Sunspot Count rose again for the Mercury | Venus alignment which will be at closest coupling on April 4 with both Neptune and Uranus in the outer backdrop of this alignment.  Virtually no solar wind turbulence (which produce magnetic storms in the Earth's atmosphere) is shown by Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor Graph but that is not going to last long.  The Earth will enter a new solar wind which is streaming out of two major coronal holes on about March 29. Already prominences in the Sun are being photographed and the Magnetic "A" Index (Earth's upper Atmosphere magnetic field) is beginning to rise.  Small flares are being predicted by NASA.  Thus more stormy solar weather is possible at any time along with an even greater rise in the Sunspot Count.   For the next 48 hours, NASA predicts a 1%  or less probability of major explosive or flare events on the Sun with a 10% to 25% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the Earth's atmosphere in the higher latitudes.  For more details on current sun go here.  Expect increased solar activity in perhaps two waves during the next seven days.    See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.

ATMOSPHERICS:    As a result of the fast-forming planetary alignments and the current spike in Solar Activity for the April planetary alignments of Mercury | Venus | with Neptune and Uranus in the background,  expect a mild re-energizing of stormy weather on Earth during the next two weeks.  Above all continue to expect considerable uncertainty in all predictions from all sources.   La Nina is still slowly dissolving, ditto the North Atlantic Oscillation.  Weather during the remainder of March should be more and more normal temperate and stormy as is typical during this time of year.  Spring likewise during April should be more normal but, hold on to your hats, El Nino may form up during May or June, though very little advancement was made this past seven days.  This El Nino may be longer than normal and it may be stronger than average.  This speculation is based purely on the higher than ever tempo of earthquake and volcanic activity around the world during 2006 and 2007.  The increased heat flux from the East Pacific Rift will eventually make its way to the surface and produce the typical El Nino hot Equator

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:    No new news on the Wobble this week as it continues to expand with somewhat irregular shape.  But not to worry, these variations are well within historical patterns. No major change from prior weeks, but there remains some apparent tendency to truncation of the spiral track on the Y Axis. Movement up and down the X Axis appears slightly easier for the Earth's crust than movement on the Y Axis.  The result is a track slightly more oblong than circular.  This pattern we have been observing since the wobble "freeze" of January 2005. See Polar Motion for additional information.  The Moon is now approaching its Apogee while it retreats from its Full Moon Phase.  It will take up its Extreme Southern Declination on March 28/29.  Since the Lunar Cycles are "out of phase" with each other during the next couple of months, the Moon influence on quake activity is somewhat diminished but even so seismic activity will probably peak a little at the end of March for the Moon's South Node position near Latitude South 28.

At the current time, earthquake activity Class 4+ is below average in frequency.  This should begin to increase during the next several days for the Lunar Extreme South Declination on March 28/29.  A Class 6 quake struck in Northern Chile today, perhaps this is the beginning of an upsurge in major quakes for this Lunar swing south of the Equator as it moves to an extreme latitude.  See Lunar Schedule for more details.  For quakes go to Earthquakes. 

 Most notably, as a herald of rising world activity, Etna produced ash, steam, and minor explosions this past week.  The INTLVC database has not listed Etna as active the past several weeks but this was probably a mistake.  Recent reports now claim that Etna has had minor ash emissions off and on during January and February and now for about the last ten days.  Obviously it should have been listed on the active list all along.  World volcanism in general, as might be expected, surged upwards a little just after the Full Moon "pull".  Many more ash emissions, some of them with minor explosions, were reported this past week. Both Kilauea and Rabaul produced explosive eruptions.  Kilauea has seldom produced ash, gas, and explosions during the past 30 years, just enormous quantities of lava, but this volcano, which is in a class all of its own, produced explosive activity and notable quantities of sulfur dioxide at its summit this past week. The Active List increased by 1 to 31, the Restless List is still at 3, and the Alert List now lists 76, up one from the prior three weeks.  Colima, along with most of  the regulars of last year on the Carib Plate, are definitely still at low levels.  Erebus, Stromboli, Yasur, and Arenal continue their long ever-lasting eruptions.  (These typically produce lava lakes, lava fountains, and strombolian explosions except that Kilauea's eruption mainly produces long lava flows into the Pacific Ocean).  Continue to watch Etna's summit, it may telegraph if the 2008 surge will be on par with 2006/2007. 2008 still looks to be an interesting year for volcanoes. GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - -  The next eight years will accelerate change at all levels, not least with escalating conflict and struggle between and within the power elites. The old games, the old consensus, the old economics are dying and cannot be made to work again.  The Cabal has made the critical move, long predicted by a long list of  Bears, to rescue the sinking ship with precisely the same strategy which sank the system in 1929.  Rather than risk implosion of the "bubbles" of privilege which have inflated uncontrollably during the past 25 years, the Bankster Cabal has moved to inflate the dollar rapidly with abandon.  Prime interest rates are now well below inflation rates, which few of the PTB will admit, and the rates are expected widely to be lowered again by large amounts. This will hasten the decline of the dollar against most other currencies and send inflation soaring for all commodities, most especially for oil and gas. A growing convergence of opinion is crystallizing around September/October as an extreme peak moment for the meltdown of the imperial (globalist) economy.  But this Bear position does not reckon with the obvious and inevitable counter-move which is sure to come in the Fall (AS IT ALWAYS DOES IN A MAJOR ELECTION YEAR):  a major lowering of energy costs to create the illusion of a crisis which is "passing".  As previously advised, ABOVE ALL REMEMBER ROOSEVELT'S ADVICE:  THE MAIN THING WE HAVE TO FEAR IS FEAR ITSELF.  As previously advised,  don't expect 12,000 on the DJI to hold well.  THE PANIC is ever greater and in full force and a substantial sag yet will be seen during the following days and weeks in the U.S.  The rest you already know the essence. It will be a miracle if they can hold the line at 10,000, some extreme Bears are predicting something in the range of 6000.  Cayce gave the formula for predicting what is happening some 70 years ago and once again is RIGHT ON THE MONEY. Start focusing on the real opportunities which are coming.  SOLARIZE AMERICA is the industrial redevelopment scheme for the next 30 years and it will drive a great wave of prosperity once the War On Terror Scam and the dying hands of the Globalist Cabal are removed from the backs of the North American peoples.  For additional details go to Geo-Political - Economics.  (nothing new there this week, too busy with other issues).

GEOPOLITICAL FLUX - -  WAR RISK IS HIGH AND RISING. Strategic plans and manipulations are obviously underway to push the envelope on existing conditions. The recent trips by Cheney and Bush-McCain to the Middle East, along with military redeployments, suggest strongly that the Imperial Faction is arranging the stage of history for the next act. The risk of another major False Flag Terrorism incident may be building rapidly.  Some project as early as May 2008, some are more inclined to posit the early Fall, in time to sway the U.S. elections for the "Return of the Gipper" John McCain.  The recent sacking of Admiral Fallon as Supreme U.S. Commander In the Middle East, who is widely known for his belief that increased military activity is not appropriate for U.S. national interests, is the most obvious tip-off.  Many scenarios are possible, but a contrived false flag operation against Israel may be the preferred operation.  Such an operation is far less likely to be scrutinized by hostile eyes because it will be too far removed.  Israel could then rationalize a national war response, recycling all the Bush rhetorical garbage, engage in strikes against its next target (likely the brutalization of Syria), and thus force the hands of all parties into a series of responses which escalate into U.S. and Iranian intervention and mutual war.  THUS THERE IS  A RISK OF FALSE-FLAG TERRORIST OPERATIONS INSTIGATED BY RIGHT-WING THUG ELEMENTS IN THE CIA, MOSSAD, MK5, AND ALLIED MOBS WORKING AS AGENTS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL composed of Anglo-American-Jewish elements through to Spring, possibly October 2008.

On a minor note, comparatively, the Clinton gaffes and mal-appropisms have accelerated and Governor Richardson of New Mexico, a prominent, well-known (in the Western States) Hispanic has suddenly emerged as a voice of national reason  for unity and sanity in the Democratic Party.  His endorsement of Obama, combined with the mal-appropisms of the Clintons and their supporters, probably mark the shift in the tide of opinion in the Democratic Party.  As it did for Bush, the combativeness and patronizing exaggerations of the Clintons have doomed them into a deepening spiral of frustration, loss of contact with reality, and rapid erosion of confidence in their judgment.  Even liberal women activists are abandoning Clinton with regret for the Clinton campaign.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - -  As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.

The Changes In The Earth - Global Summary

A RECENT CHART DEFINES "THE CHANGE IN THE EARTH". Click to see the threefold trend in world quake activity 4+ for 1973-2007. This increase in seismic energy is signaling all the other Changes In The Earth, including Global Warming.  Daily average frequency of 4+ quakes has risen from 11 in 1973 to about 35 in 2007.  The average rose dramatically during 2005/06 and is currently lower.  The daily average for 2007 will probably rise a little by the end of the year and may rise more slowly during the next few years.  Statistics are tricky master illusionists so be careful with this following thought:  an exponential growth curve can be drawn through earthquake data 4+ to project another DOUBLING of the current frequency by about 2020.
