Enjoy the holydays.  Stop listening to the stooges on TV in all forms.  Go find some real live music.  All the terrorism clapcrap are boogiemen by manipulators and schemers.  None of it is a real threat to you or your country or to anything you believe in.  It is all "reality theatre" composed by a hidden Matrix to stampede cattle.  Refuse to be cattle. None of their terror shootouts threaten you.  Economic woes? BULLCARP.  Only the lunacy of the Wealthy and their quisling political class is in crisis.   Michael Moore has it right.  Fire them. Fire failing auto execs.  Same for the Banksters and media companies.  Stand back, simply let the chips fall where they must.  Need jobs?  Create U.S. Solar Bank authorized to create money credit for energy projects.   Provide no interest loans to solarize every building in the U.S. and to convert half the automobiles in the U.S. to multi-fuel consumption. Finance air cars, finance 100 mpg hybrids, build fast train services to reunite American cities. Easy.  No problem.  Ignites an economic boom wave for the next 30 years.  Easy, no problem. Impose a "fair labor fee" (not a tax) on all imported items which were manufactured at labor rates less than $20/hr.  "Fee" is computed to price the fair labor rate into the import cost of the product.  Fee goes NOT TO CONGRESS SLUSH FUNDS or U.S. Treas, fee goes to trust funds managed state by state to finance tools and equipment and facilites and job training for small companies to manufacture goods with domestic legal labor.  Easy, no problem, globalism issues all fixey.   Based on the expansion boom wave these programs will create, U.S. Treas. print U.S. Notes to finance Full Employment Job Program for immediate work for anyone who needs work. Let the States assign the workers.  Easy, no problem.   How many words and explanations does it take to set the U.S. on the right course. NOT MANY as I have just demonstrated.  The only issue is, how real are you anyway?

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Sunspot Count - So far the Sun has not responded to the growing alignment of Mercury | Jupiter on December 15 but these may not appear until as late as about December 12-14.  Any Solar surge is likely to be fairly small at this point in Solar Cycle #24.  Currently the Sunspot Count is zip on a nearly bottom line Flux index of 69, which has been pretty much the output of the entire last week.  There is a coronal hole high in the Northern Hemisphere of the Sun's atmosphere, but NASA is unsure if a solar wind from this wind will hit the Earth or sail right on by high over the Earth's North Pole Despite the lack of  increased output, the Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) has fluctuated a bit this past week, now at about six (blue line on the graph above). Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor (U. of A.)  shows practically no disturbances in the "surface" on the "solar sea" through which the Earth sails except for a modest magnetic storm of a few hours duration during the previous day.  NASA expects very little of anything for the next few days.  This calm should be broken during the next seven days with sunspots and storms induced by the pairing of Mercury and Jupiter.  NASA predicts there is a 1% to 5% probability of major magnetic disturbances in the high latitudes during the next 48 hours, not very significant chance.   For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.    See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.   January's wintry weather is likely to be influenced at least a little by the slowly awakening Sun.

ATMOSPHERICS:  El Nino and La Nina are not in evidence. This is technically called an ENSO neutral phase year.  Many El Nino models have flunked this year.   So did the National Hurricane Center Hurricane predictions. All surface waters in the Northern Hemisphere are progressively losing their anomalous heat and becoming statistically "average".   Southwestern Coast of North America will generally be drier and warmer than average and this is expected to persist for the next three months.  Drought continues in Southern California/Nevada.  Southern Rocky Mountain Plateau will also be hotter and drier than average. Midwest and Eastern Seaboard, much cooler than normal.  Brrrr.  For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine.

THE DECEMBER 12/13 FULL MOON

Let's see, where have I heard that date before. Oh yes, the December Triple Whammy Full Moon nigh unto Perihelion, long predicted by the infamous web-bots to be especially “eventful”. Well, the Cosmic Frame is certainly suitably composed for an eventful time and many psychics are singing in the chorus.

Here is what is happening.  As the Earth is "sinking" into Perihelion (drawing closer to the Sun for its Jan 6 orbital renewal when it begins to draw away from the Sun again), the Moon will be Full in virtual Perigee on both December 12/13 and again on January 10/11.  Two super-moons separated by a weak New Moon (it will be in Apogee during the New Moons, its furthest distance from the Earth).

The Full Moons will both be in an Extreme Northern Declination, about 28 degrees north of the Equator while the Sun is almost 24 degrees South of the Equator.  You really could not ask for a more perfected opposition of the gravity vectors of the two vectors which absolutely rule the surface of the Earth and all that lives upon it. The greatest torque of 2008 will be delivered on the crust during this period, surging already now for December 12/13 then dropping somewhat and then surging again for January 10/11.

During this time the Moon and Sun will pull the Earth to "set" into momentum the next turn in its corkscrew motion as its spirals around the Sun.  Each year it alternates which part of the Earth (the heavy bottom or the lighter top) it points toward the Sun. At this time it will receive an acceleration of motion from this pulling by the Sun and the Moon which will begin the process of re-orienting the axis once again to slowly begin pointing  the North Pole towards the Sun for the Summer of 2009.

This acceleration will result in expanding the seven year wobble spiral into its greatest size during 2009.  The acceleration will immediately  also produce much greater surges in Earthquake activity than has been seen all year and possibly also in volcanic activity, though volcanism has a somewhat different annual rhythm than quakes.  Doubtless there will be increased volcanism, some large quakes in the Great Rifts, and both Major (Class 6) and Great (Class 7+) quakes in the subduction zones.  Since North America appears to be "opening up" this year to increased tectonic movement, the odds appear good for additional adjustments along the western coasts of North America in at least Class 5+.  Consider this moment, then, the crescendo moment for 2008 changes in the Earth.  And, it goes without saying, Great Quakes of destructive historical proportions (Class 8+) are more probable now through January than they have been since the Great quakes in China very early in 2008.

Accordingly, hang on, the ride is getting bouncier and 2008 may end up showing yet another annual acceleration in all World quakes Class 4 and above.

When Phoenix Five begins to lurch off the runway for the shifting of the axis sometime in the future....it will occur precisely in a window of this kind near unto Perihelion and Perigee.  This is exactly why I am going to so much trouble to understand and explain these orbital connections.  As above, so below, and they ain't kidding.
 

If you live in the active tectonic zones, maybe you oughta look over your bags and get prepared for anything. It's a good drill, even if nothing happens this time. Eventually, something will happen and under the accelerated trend lines of tectonic activity, MOST ZONES in North America are literally overdue. Even the geologists who are loathe to say anything controversial will tell you this. So in this Window of coming heightened probability, which will last to February, for your own sake get with a program.

Both of these events will accelerate rifting (spreading in the Great Rift) of the Earth's crust.  Increases in rift events are likely to be followed, as we have seen this year, within 72 hours by an increase in Class 4+ quakes in the subduction compression zones, most especially in the Pacific Rim of Fire and in the Central Asian Compression Belts, esp. related to the Himalayas through to Greece.

For quakes go to Earthquakes.  The recently passed New Moon Syzygy was un-notable.  World frequency Class 4 and 5 is now about normal.  You will likely see a surge during the coming Full Moon Syzygy which will include Class 4 and 5 and perhaps greater activity along the western coast of North America.
 

Accordingly, Heads Up in these zones.

Volcanism is on the up.  The IVRC Active List is now at 30,  Restless List is at 4 while the Alert List has sagged down to 59.  The number of updated reports is very high, all suggesting slow but definite volcanic activity in nearly all on the list.  This suggests strongly that world active volcanism is higher now and more consistently vigorous than it was several weeks ago. Many lava extrusions are reported, as well as many ash emissions and various explosive ventings and small pyroclastic flows. Kilauea has renewed some  vigor after a minor lulling this Fall.  Four of the volcanoes on the Kamchatka Peninsula have increased their ash and lava, our sentinel Popo is more vigorous as is Colima and Soufriere Hills on Montserrat along with Arenal. Kamchatka and the Carib plates appear to be the most vigorous areas at this time, but some activity is found as usual in Japan's volcanic atolls, in the South Pacific, and in the high Andes. Our herald Etna is apparently slumbering.  As is typical in December, the season of volcanism has commenced again after slowly dies down during the previous several months.  This awakening appears to have begun in earnest a little early, during the last few days of November around the New Moon. GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

The Cayce 25 year economic cycle has come to fruition almost a year later than I predicted in 2004, but still very close to Cayce's specs.  It will probably take another year or two to fully mature.  Chaos rules at the moment and a deep panic is rippling around the world.  Markets will continue to sink but the Fed is pumping a trillion dollars into the system right at this time, as if the bail out plan was already implemented, which it is not.  Money money money everywhere.....in the banks.  Can you see Scrooge McDuck diving into his huge vault of money?  Inflation is sure to roar!!!!  The banksters are attempting to soft land the economic imbalances with a combination of asset depreciation and roaring consumer inflation.  Oil down even lower this month, but it will soon enough climb again.  The banksters and oil monarchies will fix a stable price again but it is difficult to guess where this will be at this time, it will take some several months to reel in.  Likely in the range of $100.  Much higher that that makes alt. energy much too competitive.

For failing industries.  Go with Michael Moore. Fire all the auto execs and other industries in trouble, buy their outstanding stock, and shove the companies into restructuring processes.   Don't fall for their scams. Why is the Tribune declaring bankruptcy?  Because the rich families which owned them sold them to a conglomerate which borrowed all the money from banks to buy them from the previous wealthy owners and are now ever so much wealthier.  So a profitable industry was made a debt-ridden industry and now cannot pay its interest and debt payback.  Liquidate the conglomerate, throw off the debt, leave the newspapers free standing, and let the banks sue the crap out of the manipulators who put together the conglomerate. It is that simple.  IT IS THEY WHO OWE THE MONEY.

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS:  The Keystone Kops cartoon continues...  What's new?  On the bottom line, not much.  If it weren't tragic, involving wars and the impoverishment of millions, it would be hilarious.   The real debate and divide in North America has been completely ignored and turned into taboos which cannot be mentioned, most majority opinions are systematically ignored, the Democrats have been reprogrammed through the stealthy positioning of Obama to serve up another round of power grabbing by Globalists, Progressives everywhere are sliding into deep depression, Conservatives are abandoning all hope, and American soldiers are still dying daily for the war-rackets of Rockefeller-Rothschild Inc pretty much as they have been for the past 120 years.   By February 09, the Democratic coalition will fall into factions of wolves bitterly quarreling over what peace means, what withdrawal means, what security means, and what another historic betrayal by a campaign of rhetoric and manipulation means.  Zionazi Biden will be thick in the middle of it and Obama's popularity will be begin to plummet unless he wakes up out of the Zionist bubble of delusions and begins to walk his rap of peace.

On War & Peace: At this time the danger of war is  now once again rising.  Obama has obviously been caught up into the Zionazi "wrap" and they hope to make him their convenient face to the world with political slickery far more ingenious than the feeble-minded efforts of Bush.  Unless and until Obama makes a clean and clear break with the The War Party, every word he utters on the subject of foreign policy must on the face of it at first be skeptically doubted, asking who's interest it serves, you and your neighbors, or Israel and the Zionist war hawks who ply their scams in the U.S. Congress and through blatant self-serving Zionist media propaganda.  As things stand, it is obvious that deep cliques within the Imperial Faction's "Secret Government" are setting the stage for the progressive indianization of their next targets in this order, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and then Iran. Afghanistan is well along on the road to being turned into tribal narco regions, anarchy rules, the central state doesn't exist, and American stooges are getting ready to send extra divisions to enable the CIA a greater role in setting up a feudalistic autocracy in the mountains based on what was the English Royal House's favorite industry, narco trade.  The imperial pretenders in the CIA seem to have inherited the taste.  Pakistan is next.  Then Iran.  Most likely the plot line is now working towards the engagement of India as well to help CIA/MOSSAD cliques partition Pakistan and gain control of its nuclear arsenal before interests hostile to Jewish manipulations seize and hide the assets.  India's cooperation is probably critical because only the immensity of India can provide the manpower to dominate the Paki's.  The American stooges clearly cannot, not even with their shock and awe mass destruction schemes.

The recent Mombai Terrorist attack is a good example of many agendas coming into parallel, providing western resources to "stage" terrorism to waggle and wiggle the Boogieman Finger Puppet of Islamic Fundamentalism to frighten India's itinerant Hindus.  But they have a PR problem.  Portions of the media and lower level police services doing their jobs have already told us that this Boogiemen had clear ties to sophisticated planning, organization, money, tools, and connections into the U.S., Ultra-Supremist Jewish Cliques, MOSSAD, Hindu Nationalist Party Members, and CIA allies in Pakistan's secret police. As the Danes used to complain about herring barrels too old...somethin' stinks in there. Like 911, the staging was too a-cultural and too amateurish to cover all the trails. Seems like spooks from all the world are in that barrel.  Any Russians as well?

AS THINGS GO--- inherently, chaos rules, we have no idea what is happening next.  Create certainty, go get solar and hydrogen fuel technology to dissolve the power of the corporations and bankers.   Every solar BTU kicks Rockefeller butt.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY -  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again through to February 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean which now appears to have slowed as well.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear but clearly a major push is being made to instigate reasons for imperial expansion.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

On the horizon, still too dim to be clearly perceived by most, forces in the Spirit Realm are pushing aggressively for more rapid transmutation of conditions and actions.   Rather suddenly, in some cases, the masses and classes will realize with a start that the world has changed dramatically, in some cases never was what we thought it was, the old concepts about as useful as the clothes we wore in our school days.

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.
