UPDATE TO OVER-RIDING CONDITIONS

Enjoy the holydays.  Stop listening to the stooges on TV in all forms.  Go find some real live music.  All the terrorism clapcrap are boogiemen by manipulators and schemers.  None of it is a real threat to you or your country or to anything you believe in.  It is all "reality theatre" composed by a hidden Matrix to stampede cattle.  Refuse to be cattle. None of their terror shootouts threaten you. 

Enjoy the holydays through early January.  Then when the New Year begins to settle in amidst the screaming economic panic of bankrupt stores and chains, there will be time to begin to think new thoughts.  During 2009 it will become increasingly appropriate to think as the Iraqi Journalist did in the press conference for George Booosh, the first Proconsul (de facto) of  the Jewish-American Empire (de facto).  He celebrated Booosh's accomplishments in Iraq by hurling two shoes at him.  Best news event of the entire Booosh Administration.  In 2009 it will become time to express in vividly real terms just what we think of the quislings in Congress.  My meaning will become much clearer by March 2009.

COSMIC FACTORS:  

Sunspot Count -  The Sun responded briefly to the alignment of Mercury | Jupiter on December 15 with a three day rise in the Sunspot Count late last week in the range of 12-14 on a flux of 70.  Currently the Sunspot Count is zip on a nearly bottom line Flux index of 69.  There is a coronal hole high in the Northwestern Hemisphere of the Sun's atmosphere and NASA predicts solar wind from it will strike the Earth about December 21.  The Planetary A Magnetic Index (upper atmosphere field strength) has fluctuated hardly at all this past week, now at about zip (blue line on the graph above).  Alaska's Fluxgate Monitor (U. of A.)  shows a glass "surface" on the "solar sea" through which the Earth sails..  NASA expects very little of anything for the next few days. Planetary alignments during the remainder of December are minor and probably will not produce much solar activity.  For more details on current sun go here.   For Daily Sun, go to Spaceweather.    See Planetary Alignments for longer range forecast.   January's wintry weather is likely to be influenced at least a little by the slowly awakening Sun.

ATMOSPHERICS:  El Nino and La Nina are still  not in evidence.  But...bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  It's cold, even here in Arizona Sonoran Desert. This is technically called an ENSO neutral phase year.   Some also are describing this as a MIN period in the Pacific Ocean Oscillation.  Meaning, as can now be seen in sea surface temperature charts, nearly all of the Pacific Ocean is a little cooler than the past five year average.   All surface waters in the Northern Hemisphere are progressively losing their anomalous heat and becoming statistically "average".  What this means is ITS COLD THIS WINTER, and global warming has some serious reality issues.  Tear up the professional weather predictions for any time frame greater than 10 days, most of them have been wrong for this year and the accuracy is not going to improve.   For the next ten days of  NOAA weather predictions, go to Climate Center Weather Maps. As can be seen at this site, weather forecasts for the entire season ahead are now becoming routine but for greater than ten days they are likely not worth a tinker's diddle. Expect cold, snow, rain, and slow storms, widely for the next 30 days, pretty much the weather of now and the past two weeks.  Eurasia is a little bit different call, the North Atlantic Oscillation is in a MAX warm phase, centered around Newfoundland, appears stable, and thus whatever your weather is, all anomalous to the past, it will also remain in place for the next 30 days at least.

 GEOPHYSICAL FACTORS:     Currently the Spin Axis is at nearly Y MIN for this spiral turn (the Spin Axis is as close to Siberia as it gets).  The wobble spiral continues to expand normally in its outward track.  See Polar Motion for additional information.

Oh What A Strange Bust That Was....

LEST WE FORGET, FOR THE RECORD, AS STATED IN THE PREVIOUS EARTH CHANGES BULLETIN, THIS CONSERVATIVE SYZYGY PREDICTION WAS EXACTLY CORRECT:

" You will likely see a surge during the coming Full Moon Syzygy which will include Class 4 and 5 and perhaps greater activity along the western coast of North America."
 

We did have a surge, small though it was, we did see both Class 4 & 5 quakes in California, which IS significant because these have been fairly rare.  The perhaps activity, of course, took a powder.

BUT I was also anticipating a large rupturing quake, somewhere, as were many other people.  So the December 12/13 FULL MOON graciously created hardly a stir. The long anticipated major quake event of the year failed to materialize on the Full Moon.  Many, many psychics, Earth sensitives, our Vortexian Syzygy analysis, the infamous Web Bots, George Uhre's Urban Survival, WE ALL BUSTED OUT on this date. We were all singing in the choir and the Solo dropped dead before our very eyes before uttering a peep.

WHAT'S WITH THAT?  Well I could say something suitably evasive, such as "the Earth moves in mysterious ways".    The reality is that WE move in mysterious ways and sometimes we simply are so busy moving mysteriously we don't know what we are talking about.  We get it wrong......and.....well....yes we can!.....be wrong and all that embarrassing stuff.

It seemed a good bet.  And indeed, the tectonics worked like they generally do around a Perigee Full Moon. We got a surge of quake activity for the syzygy, but it was not as expected, it was early and except for one Magnitude 7 quake, they were small Class 4 and 5 quakes and not nearly as many as in previous surges..   This December Triple Whammy Full Moon nigh unto Perihelion was extremely focused on December 12/13.  Fullness, Perigee (Distance), and Declinations (degrees of Lunar position above the Equator and Solar position below the Equator) were about as synchronized for maximum opposition in the gravity vectors as could be imagined.  Shouldn't the surge be greater than normal if these factors influence the timing of quakes?

 Well yes and no.  Yes, that is what we thought we should expect and about 2 out of 3 times, such a call is approximately correct.  But obviously we don't know enough to call the result of any SPECIFIC syzygy of the Lunar orbit 3 out of 3 times.  The "other factors" are not always the equal or same....and they leave us sucking air occasionally.

What's next?  Yeah right, like I know....

Other factors remaining equal....the next New Moon Syzygy is December 28 and goes Apogee (furthest distance from the Earth) in Extreme Southern Declination on December 29/30 (nigh on to over Australia) whilst the Earth is almost dead on Perihelion, also bringing the Sun over Australia). This dynamic duo will be picking up and dropping the Australian Tectonic Plate in perfect synchronicity, then pulling out the vast Indian Great Rift triple junctions, then Africa, then pulling out the Atlantic Rift triple junctions, then Latin America, then pulling out the East Pacific Rift triple junctions, then picking up the Pacific Ocean, and back to Australia.

The Full Moon's pushme-pullme engine will have turned into the New Moon's tractor beams for Star Fleet Command.  Beam 'em up Scotty, let's see cracks in the Earth "give way"

Here is what I think could be happening. The Full Moon generated a lot of 180 degree stretching in the crust which "waved" around the Earth with the same tempo of the 24 hour tidal wave system.  Definitely more so than most other times.  The associated stress was apparently well enough balanced to produce little in the way of exceptional quakes.  Did some stress accumulate from this silent motion in the Earth?  Probably.  Did some get quietly relieved?  Probably.  What is the balance?  Who knows, but we probably will find out in the next 14 days (all things being equal, ehhh?).

Another way to look at it is, did the crust grow bigger from the stretching?  Undoubtedly, more magna diking occurred in the Great Rifts than is usually the case, and once the magna flows in, the Earth cannot rebound its shape, gravity vectors and the spin energy must force subduction (sinking of the crust) somewhere, as is the general case around the Pacific Rim.

My story is that I thought that this Super Full Moon would bring all this happening virtually at the same time, greater Rifting for a few days, much bigger subduction zone quakes during the last half of the Full Moon period.

But maybe, the whole issue is bad thinking about TIMING.  MAYBE, as the Lunar-Solar opposition relaxes, as the Sun's gravity grows stronger and the Lunar force merges with it as it goes "New", a vigorous round of synchronized  lifting will finish the Earth Shaping event or cycle which began last week.

That means.....anything can happen between now and then including another vigorous surge of seismic activity during the last week of December.  The Great Super Quake  at the end of 2008 may still be on the way in all due cosmic timing - being actually more of the nature of a Perihelion Solar Event than a Lunar Event.. 

And then there will be the upswing into the next Full Moon.  Just after the Earth "sinks" into Perihelion (drawing closer to the Sun for its Jan 6 orbital renewal when it begins to draw away from the Sun again), the Moon will be Full again on January 10/11 in virtual Perigee once again in Extreme Northern Declination, about 28 degrees north of the Equator while the Sun is almost 24 degrees South of the Equator.  This will be another super-moon. 

All in all, the greatest torque of 2008 and probably for 2009 will be delivered on the crust during this 30 days.

True, the early call was not good, but nonetheless I still consider this moment  the crescendo moment for 2008 changes in the Earth.  They  happen a lot like Beethoven's concertos (I am playing a lot of old Beethoven records converting them to CD while I write).  It lingers softly, interminably, almost beyond hearing, then its petal to the metal with the entire orchestra supporting as loudly as it can a frenzied pianist thrashing keys faster than the eye can blink.   

For the moment, let us just say that Great Quakes of destructive historical proportions (Class 8+) are more probable now through the middle of January than they have been since the Great quakes in China very early in 2008.

Volcanism:  Vigorous but less widespread.  The IVRC Active List has dropped down to 27,  Restless List is at 4 while the Alert List has sagged down to 58.  The number of updated reports is not as high as last week, suggesting a slowdown from the previous period at the beginning of the month. But yet many lava extrusions are reported, as well as many ash emissions and various explosive ventings and small pyroclastic flows. Kilauea is strongly expressing lava, Stromboli nightly explosions are a major tourist draw, and four of the volcanoes on the Kamchatka Peninsula are strong in ash emissions and some lava flow, Soufriere Hills on Montserrat is generating an ash plume that is now visible for 80 miles, and many other smaller ash emissions are being reported around the world.  As last week, Kamchatka and the Carib plates appear to be the most vigorous areas at this time, but some activity is found as usual in Japan's volcanic atolls, in the South Pacific, and in the high Andes. GEO-ECONOMIC FLUX - - 

Chaos rules at the moment and a deep panic is rippling around the world.   It will probably take another year or two to fully mature. The Cayce 25 year economic cycle has come to fruition almost a year later than I predicted in 2004, but still very close to Cayce's specs.    Markets will continue to sink but the Fed is pumping a trillion dollars into the system right at this time, as if the bail out plan was already implemented, which it is not.  Money money money everywhere.....in the banks.  Can you see Scrooge McDuck diving into his huge vault of money?  Inflation is sure to roar!!!!  The banksters are attempting to soft land the economic imbalances with a combination of asset depreciation and roaring consumer inflation.

But who has real money to spend?  Jobs are melting faster than ice cubes on Arizona pavements in July. Those still with jobs are desperately trying to drive down their debt loads and get rid of securities with no future.  The banksters have the money and they can't create an economic revival until someone tells them where to dump the dough.

So the question is where to dump the dough down to bake the bread of the next economic real boom (not bubble).

Oil, down.  A personal relief, for sure, I feel like driving again and it now looks like depressed oil prices will be in effect for at least the next six months, maybe longer.  The banksters and oil monarchies will fix a stable price again but it is difficult to guess where this will be at this time, it will take some several months to reel in.  They would much prefer the $100 range but with worldwide depression howling in the wind, not a chance for at least a year.  With depressed oil price, so goes gold for many moons.  

The downside of low prices for oil is the tremendous braking effect this will have for alt. energy schemes.  Shades of the alt energy bust of 1982 under the Reagan Regime.  For at least the next year a lot of stuff will come along more slowly because the markets are currently much slimmer than they were just six months ago.  Whatever emerges from alt energy, will have to be a strong techno breakthrough to break the oil monopoly when the price of energy is below $50 per barrel.  A review of the heavy research in alt energy is enough to convince me that such a break through is now occurring and it will take only a matter of months and a few years to generate the wave of activity which busts out the R&R Cabal.  Miraculously, there are a few mutually independent pathways which will get us to the right place and all of these are already in inventor garages, close to being more aggressively promoted. The cost of hydrogen production, for instance, has been dropped to 10% or even possibly to 1% of its former BTU requirements by at least four different approaches, which changes EVERYTHING about the sociology of power on the planet Earth.

So for the real economic fix, go with alt energy, that is it in a nutshell.  For all else, especially for failing industries and governments.  Go with Michael Moore's Maxim.  Fire 'em!  . Fire all the auto execs and other industries in trouble, buy their outstanding stock, and shove the companies into restructuring processes.   Don't fall for their scams. Why is the Tribune declaring bankruptcy?  Because the rich families which owned them sold them to a conglomerate which borrowed all the money from banks to buy them from the previous wealthy owners who are now ever so much wealthier.  So a profitable industry was made a debt-ridden industry and now cannot pay its interest and debt payback.  Liquidate the conglomerate, throw off the debt, leave the newspapers free standing, and let the banks sue the crap out of the manipulators who put together the conglomerate. It is that simple.  IT IS THEY WHO OWE THE MONEY.

PROGNOSIS ON AMERICAN POLITICS:  The Keystone Kops cartoon continues...  What's new?  Racking my brains, honestly I cannot find much except more repetitive detailing of the samo samo.  If it weren't tragic, involving wars and the impoverishment of millions, it would be hilarious.   The real debate and divide in North America has been completely ignored and turned into taboos which cannot be mentioned, most majority opinions are systematically ignored, the Democrats have been reprogrammed through the stealthy positioning of Obama to serve up another round of power grabbing by Globalists, Progressives everywhere are sliding into deep depression, Conservatives are abandoning all hope, and American soldiers are still dying daily for the war-rackets of Rockefeller-Rothschild Inc pretty much as they have been for the past 120 years.   By February 09, the Democratic coalition will fall into factions of wolves bitterly quarreling over what peace means, what withdrawal means, what security means, and what another historic betrayal by a campaign of rhetoric and manipulation means.  Zionazi Biden will be thick in the middle of it and Obama's popularity will begin to plummet unless he wakes up out of the Zionist bubble of delusions and begins to walk his rap of peace.  Speaking of which, did you catch the significance of the mortgage loan on Obama's house in Chicago.  It was $800,000 over the statutory limit for the lending agency.  Or, in plain spoken words, it was just another grafted favor for a Chicago Wardheeler, who, as a lawyer used to filing out forms, MUST have known...

On War & Peace: At this time the danger of war is  now once again rising.  Obama has obviously been caught up into the Zionazi "wrap" and they hope to make him their convenient face to the world with political slickery far more ingenious than the feeble-minded efforts of Bush.  Unless and until Obama makes a clean and clear break with the The War Party, every word he utters on the subject of foreign policy must on the face of it at first be skeptically doubted, asking who's interest it serves, you and your neighbors, or Israel and the Zionist war hawks who ply their scams in the U.S. Congress and through blatant self-serving Zionist media propaganda.  As things stand, it is obvious that deep cliques within the Imperial Faction's "Secret Government" are setting the stage for the progressive indianization of their next targets in this order, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and then Iran. Afghanistan is well along on the road to being turned into tribal narco regions, anarchy rules, the central state doesn't exist, and American stooges are getting ready to send extra divisions to enable the CIA a greater role in setting up a feudalistic autocracy in the mountains based on what was the English Royal House's favorite industry, narco trade.  The imperial pretenders in the CIA seem to have inherited the taste.  Pakistan is next.  Then Iran.  Most likely the plot line is now working towards the engagement of India as well to help CIA/MOSSAD cliques partition Pakistan and gain control of its nuclear arsenal before interests hostile to Jewish manipulations seize and hide the assets.  India's cooperation is probably critical because only the immensity of India can provide the manpower to dominate the Paki's.  The American stooges clearly cannot, not even with their shock and awe mass destruction schemes.

The recent Mombai Terrorist attack is a good example of many agendas coming into parallel, providing western resources to "stage" terrorism to waggle and wiggle the Boogieman Finger Puppet of Islamic Fundamentalism to frighten India's itinerant Hindus.  But they have a PR problem.  Portions of the media and lower level police services doing their jobs have already told us that this Boogiemen had clear ties to sophisticated planning, organization, money, tools, and connections into the U.S., Ultra-Supremist Jewish Cliques, MOSSAD, Hindu Nationalist Party Members, and CIA allies in Pakistan's secret police. As the Danes used to complain about herring barrels too old...somethin' stinks in there. Like 911, the staging was too a-cultural and too amateurish to cover all the trails. Seems like spooks from all the world are in that barrel.  Any Russians as well?

AS THINGS GO--- inherently, chaos rules, we have no idea what is happening next.  Create certainty, go get solar and hydrogen fuel technology to dissolve the power of the corporations and bankers.   Every solar BTU kicks Rockefeller butt.

EARTH CHANGES STANDING SUMMARY -  In accordance with the Cosmic Frame, tectonic activity likely will begin to surge again through to February 09 during the next phase synchronicities between the lunar and terrestrial orbits.  But keep in mind that the Earth's crust is complex, anything can and sometimes does happen at any time, and thus no accurate predictions can be made consistently.  The Earth Changes Global Warming scenario is more difficult to predict and the weather effects are more chaotic at this time.  Solar input is very low this year, about the same as last year, hence Greenhouse Gas effect is zip, if not negative, accordingly Global Warming and all extreme weather patterns are being driven this year almost exclusively by the warming of the world ocean which now appears to have slowed as well.  Human conditions remain confused and contrarian, war and peace trends are unclear but clearly a major push is being made to instigate reasons for imperial expansion.  Economic conditions continue to disintegrate, most prognosticators are now Bearish on most economic issues.

SPIRITUAL FLUX  - - 

On the horizon, still too dim to be clearly perceived by most, forces in the Spirit Realm are pushing aggressively for more rapid transmutation of conditions and actions.   Rather suddenly, in some cases, the masses and classes will realize with a start that the world has changed dramatically, in some cases never was what we thought it was, the old concepts about as useful as the clothes we wore in our school days.

As previously reported, the power of the Blue Star Kachina continues to grow as a major ingress of higher plane energy expands for those seeking it.  Look for a small blue diamond in the inner most recesses of your mind's eye.  Reach deeply inside your experience of the now.  Seek for the "feeling" of an energy or vibration within your head.  REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER.  Awaken to the higher energy.  Now is truly the time to build an internal link to consciousness of this energy.  As this link strengthens, the internal power of lucid peace will grow, hopefully strongly enough to surmount the highly charged emotional astral chaos of the next Solar MAX, which most likely will be the most chaotic period of human existence in several decades, quite possibly for several centuries.
